Scam app. Food never arrived and I lost 18 EURs. Edit: Got refunded 18 EUR but Foodora decided to insult me by giving a 3 EUR apology voucher which I rejected. Will definitely never order from this app again.

This app is a scam. I should have listened to the other reviews but I thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. Food never arrived even though the order was marked as delivered. There's no way to chat with customer support so I couldn't even get answers. I had to send an email and I'm waiting to hear that my money will be refunded. It better be refunded.

The drivers should have a section where they need to enter a code given to them by the customers before being able to complete their delivery, just like Uber UK. Order took almost two hours, no fast food should take more than 35 minutes, that's why it's called 'FAST', if it's more than 35 minutes I might as well start cooking. Drivers are a bit unprofessional, needs more customer service training. Good App but needs a lot of improvement.

App has only 2 languages translated and is barely functional in English, makes it hard to pick a food. There are pretty much no pictures of the food, some photos low quality, this makes it even harder to understand, what I'm getting. Restaurants ratings are not really accurate, I bet people just spam 5 stars when they want to eat. Furthermore, delivery is not clear and not visible on the map. Bolt Food or Wolt has more advantages, sadly it's not avaliable in Austria

I know foodora both as a customer and as a restaurant owner. Drivers tend to create stress because even though foodora sends you an order, and the driver arrives 5 minutes later, and expects everything to be ready as if restaurants microwave the food. On the customer side, though the drivers arrive fast at the restaurants, the food is most of the times cold and not edible if not warmed up, which makes the food taste disguisting. Bad bad bad.

Since Mjam migration, App is hectic, shows irrelevant and not working functions. Can't select time to deliver, can't select options. Timeslot drop-down is a mess. Better spend those service fee on improving the app maybe

Too many notifications. Per order that you make, you get approximately 7 notifications from the moment you order until 12 hours later asking you "for your ratings". Unbelieveable.

Ordered today. After two hours, reached out to customer support, and they said they couldn't do anything because the restaurant I picked, uses their own drivers. So they only thing they could offer me is to keep waiting or cancel the order. Then without a confirmation from me, they cancelled the order. Now the food is definitely not coming. Honestly I'm quite surprised with the lack of ownership of their service. Next time I'd obviously rather order form another provider like Velofood.

Awful! Receiving your order is a matter of luck. There is a problem at least every 2nd order, wether it's delayed by 2 hours, restaurant not receiving it or driver ended his shift before finishing the delivery. Since they switched from Mjam to Foodora the quality did not only drop but disappear! Today was the last straw, ordered for around 70€ on Foodora Market. Order showed delivered, never received anything. I hope I actually get my money back from not receiving my order (again). We'll see...

Customer service is awful. Driver forgot half my order, support wouldn't refund the tip or delivery fee. I'm not going to a tip a driver who doesn't take 30 seconds to verify the order and I'm not paying delivery for half a meal. Support here told me to email them then just ignores the email. High prices - marking up the restaurant prices by €4 on a noodle dish!

The UI is riddled with bugs and needs major revision. For example when ordering multiple of the same product but with different options it is not possible to change the amounts of each individually, it always changes all of them. How the search works is still a mystery as it returns a lot of results that have nothing to do with your query. Also why is it not possible to sort the search results by distance etc? In the end it is possible to order food but doing so while hungry is torture.

A recent update changed colors to stylized black and white, reducing UX efficiency. Also neon green looks like a children's app. My address got messed up a few times. It's extremely hard to even find restaurants that are closed - they won't even show. And with the most recent update, well. My favorites are gone, my history is gone. The UI pushed me over the edge to now prefer Lieferandos originally inferior UI. Cheaper delivery, and even better, no support for surveillance Ö's Credits!

So, I originally rated the app 5 stars because it was good. And then they updated it, which seems to have mostly consisted of removing a lot of features like being able to sort restaurants as well as all the basic readability. It is also obnoxiously bright and there seems to be no dark mode. Oh, and it has deleted my entire order history and favorites. It also froze on first opening just to be ever so slightly more dogs**t. Guess I'll finally switch back to Lieferando. It's a real shame.

New design is awful and hard to navigate. No dark mode, food list in restaurants are weirdly grouped to the point you cant find certain thing anymore. Filter in my opinion has TOO MANY options, it just overwhelms you and makes it less simple to use. Unable to reset the filter you set up. You have to manually remove them one by one. Not sure who had the idea for this new UI but its atrocious to call it with one word. Probably not going to use the app until the UI is finetuned and a lot better

The most recent update is hot garbage. The interface is one of the worst I've ever seen. The different options are all over the place. Gone is the neat hub where you've had everything in one place. There is no option to change the app into dark mode. The combination of bright green and white really hurts my eyes. Using the app gives me headaches be it from the colouring and/or the ui mess. Btw the delivery fee also increased from 1,90 to 2,90€ (Vienna). The app deserves 0 stars.

When I order at my go to restos, it works fine because I only have to click on 'order again' . Buuut as soon as I wany to place a new order this updated version just constantly lags and I feel like calling the restaurant would have been so much easier. Scrolling is slow, then you can't really go back and forth. Worst scenario was that my carefully prepared order changed the delivery address when I clicked order?!?! Really bad experience!

Mostly using this due to a lack of alternatives. Design and usability is good. The sort does not seem to work (e.g. For distance) and what drives me absolutely mad is that I get the notification that the selected place does not deliver to my address after (!) I chose a complete menu. Just don't show me the restaurant. You know my Adress in advance. I'd even accept longer loading times, if this takes longer to compute. Again. Drives me mad. Destroys the experience 100%

Horrible UI, and seems to get worse with every update. For example, stores that don't even deliver to your selected address are still available until you try to checkout, which caused me to waste 10 minutes choosing food. For tipping you need to do a separate transaction which doesn't even support the same payment providers as the original payment, heavily discouraging tipping at all. Group orders used to work great 2 years ago but have become a complete clusterf*** since. Don't recommend.
