Records your heart rate...if you require that
Highly Recommended by my Cardo Dr yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon was fixed on by a cardiologist team member ready to monitor my heart who also recommended the tool. I am not happy it is not working 12hrs later. I am still in hospital and was able to go home with the bug monitoring myself and able to record any change of events to my health. Not now!!! Now what do i get a refund is there a sure guarantee/warranty to this product as im out of pocket. Fix this problem.
It was a bit fiddly the first day or 2 but ended up getting it to work properly and consistently. Update, I have to say I absolutely love this device. I would love to be able to buy one for personal use with the ability for the app to warn you that you have arrhythmias happening and to seek medical advice.
I'm glad I looked on this site, I've probably wasted 8 hour's of trying to Fix it, cut's out it's not lighting up and it' not allowing me to see My heart rate on phone app. So I've wasted so many hours Of My weekend. Coz I couldn't get ahold of heart bug support team
Ever since the update, I've been getting an error when i click on the "See my heart" button on the app. I got in touch with support and received a replacement within a couple of days free of charge. Monitor is running fine now. Great response!
Worked fine on my Mintt Android phone. You do have to remember to carry your phone around with you as it will disconnect if you get more than a few feet away. Picked up my AF fine.

In one word, Terrible!! Disconnects, difficult to reconnect. Wrong data entered. In this day and age Tech should work!!
Not a reliable gadget keeps cutting out then had to post it back got new one next day same thing g stopping...contacted them then messaged back few days later told me battery went flat send it back and we will end it as only had three days left of monitoring....not sure how much monitoring it did as cutting g out so much....will never use it again waste of time so FRUSTRATING!!!
Terrible from start to finish. The app itself kept forcing itself to close, when I brought this up with them, they told me that it was my phone & not their app. No one from the support line ever answers the phone, they only seem to communicate in writing to create a paper trail. The company could handle situations a lot better instead of blaming the individual for issues that arise. Would not recommend, the Bug itself is a good idea, but needs work in all areas

App kept failing to connect to the heart bug device. Gave up.
Doesn't work if you don't have iPhone or Samsung. Wore it for one day, it stopped working the next morning and their support told me to return it to practice as it won't work with my Motorola phone. Waste of time and resources, they should tell people not to use it if they don't have the required phone
Useless if you don't have an apple or Samsung phone
My experience is the same as others, contacted company on a Friday because the bug lost contact after several messages I received a final message stating my consultant at the company was going home and will follow it up Monday.Three days with out the service. No good for anyone with a serious health condition.
It's not working. The nurse attached it this afternoon after work and I can't contact the company until Tuesday due to a public holiday Monday so I'm wearing it for 4 days for nothing. Very frustrated. 😕 They contacted me over the long weekend but didn't listen to my complaint. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over. If it didn't take so long to get back to me each time I would have said it was an automated response.
Does not work. Says its connected but when try to record says "oops can't find your heartbug". Sent text to support asking for assistance re: error message saying "firmware failed to update" with message back saying its recording and I didn't even have it on!
Great idea but very ordinary performance and support
I've had to delete and re-download this app countless times, as it constantly loses signal with the patches.
