I love this service and concept but the app is terrible! It freezes and won't load anything, it gets stuck on the map page and I can't even type in the address. Every time I use it I have to uninstall and reinstall it on my phone, it works the first time but impossible after. I would love to give 5 stars as I have had lovely drivers and love the service with my toddler, but the app itself makes it really difficult to use.

Very annoying. I couldn't even create an account. Says I have to upload a profile picture to continue, ok, sure. But no it just stayed stuck on the screen. I couldn't upload a picture so I couldn't continue to make an account. Very disappointing

My mum was recommended this for she wanted to female driver, though she was told these were usually used for driver kids to school/etc, the driver assume that there where only two people going on this trip based on the profile. We were able to make space, but is there a way to message the driver if they will be picking up more than one person. There probably was but, kinda felt rush to book one cause we were booking to get to the airport.

I can't always enter the address of my destination so I can't book. It worked the first time I used the app but hasn't worked since.... The prices are also double Uber prices, which is ridiculous honestly. AND sometimes I can't even get a ride because 'there are no available drivers,' so I end up getting an Uber instead. It's conceptionally great, the service and drivers are lovely. It's just overpriced and the app doesn't work. So it's really disappointing that it's not very user friendly.

Have had problems with this app 2 years ago so stopped using their service altogether. Downloaded it again this week and after using the forgot my password option and resetting password, it still tells me my login is incorrect. Have reset and changed password a few times now and still can't login. Please fix a simple thing like this so riders can successfully use the app and you can have business.

I love the comfort of knowing I will be safer and/or more understand by a female driver. The drivers I've had have all been considerate and friendly, and also care for my safety as well. However the app is incredibly difficult. It often wont load ur open, then ordering a shebah often wont show on my end. Sometimes it wont show me drivers around, despite another being able to see them. So 5/5 for service, 2/5 for app.

Drivers are great but the app is terrible. Whenever i type an address, it takes a good 10minutes to register what i had typed, sometimes had to close and re-open the app multiple times just for it to get the address. No option to save addresses for ease of navigation. Please fix.

Good in theory, not great execution. There's a marked lack of drivers, a few times when requesting a ride, the app couldn't find any driver, and this was in the middle of Melbourne (Fitzroy) in the afternoon. Not the cheapest either, and I'm not sure what the pricing structure is like, but maybe market forces have determined that it isn't economical in the right ways to attract drivers and passengers. Might benefit from a rethink.

I was a big fan but there are issues with the app and operations. 1. The app is dated with the inability to save favourite addresses and the scroll wheel to choose pickup times is clunky. 2. The app was playing up last week and the driver's manual way of registering the ride doesn't seem to have worked, so she won't have been paid. Customer service rep said she'd look into it a week ago and nothing.

The app is terrible and customer service is worse. There were three bugs with the app on my phone, one of which other potential users have complained about for months, going by the reviews, and to which their solution is not to fix it but to tell you to text the driver when they accept the job. Of course, tough luck if you didn't know about that particular bug (it's not necessarily obvious) and wait in vain for a driver to turn up. Customer service on the phone redirected me to email, where they have what is apparently an industry standard 3 day turn around, and they were rude and patronising. Thankfully Shebah won't be the only women-only ride-share service for long - there's a new one starting up called SheSafe. I don't know when they'll be operating but I've registered as a user and will wait for them to start. I'll go back to 13CABS in the meantime.

The app is very frustrating. Getting the right pinpoint pick up is hard because despite typing in the correct address it marks it elsewhere. My last booking was a complete stuffup because the driver went to the destination address instead of the pick up address! a complete fail! AND the app still charged my credit card! There was no way to cancel the booking and no way to contact the driver. I just had to watch the car icon going the wrong way. Of course I had to book a competitor.

Such a great concept and idea, it's just what I was after and needed as before I was skeptical and never tried rideshare as a female. App was so simple and easy to use - no confusions at all as a first time user of something like this!

First time I tried to use it I couldn't pinpoint my pick up address. It kept moving the pin to a block away from my location. Used a competitor instead; not only was the wait time considerably shorter but the fare was greatly reduced as well. Just tried to use it again. Wait time for a ride was 20 minutes, competitor's was three. Fare was $12.00 more expensive. I'll stick with the competitor.

While the app works good and the drivers are great. The process with advance bookings is OK. They take payment 12hrs ahead of the booking but then take payment again after the drive has been completed. It shouldn't be the whole fare again, it should be just the excess that is owed. I'm still waiting to be refunded the first fare. It should have only been a $45 fare. Now I'm down an extra $40 because it took it twice. Not happy about that.
