You can use this app to:

The Provider Digital Access (PRODA) Code Generator will generate a verification code to offer additional security when logging into your Department of Human Services (DHS) Provider Digital Access account. First you must create a PRODA account (humanservices.gov.au/proda). Once you have created your PRODA account you will need to link the app to it. I was trying to access my Centrelink details. It only took me 4 hours, on & off. The only way I am able to do this properly is to go into Centrelink Office. So. Made an appointment, which only took another hour & a bit. So am now going in on Wed. to see someone in person. Gr8 site, eh !!!

Absolutely shambles. Interface is bugged (services tab is on a infinite loading screen), nothing works and keeps making me do the same actions and get a linking code that doesn't work. It's a shame that I have to call Medicare to get a linking code and the one I get sent to my email or phone number doesn't work.

The app worked well, but after the update, I found it failed to link to ATO and gave an error message below; "net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" Additionally, it constantly asks for my password. Within one session, I had to enter my password multiple times, which I found quite inconveniencing.

It does not link services. Everytime I login I have to relink my service. And as soon as I logout the service is unlinked.

Horrible. Was signing into the app for the first time on my new phone, got my password mixed up and entered wrong ONCE. Now my account has been permanently locked, and I have start everything from scratch and relink all of my accounts. Absolutely ridiculous UPDATE: The app has just permanently blocked my new account for logging in with my fingerprint scanner. Clearly broken!! This is the second time this week!

I find it so easy to use, as long as you don't use verification certify ID section. It gets me to all the services without any problems. Wish all government apps were like this one. Get in do what you need to do and get out.

Very bad. Impossible to link Centrelink App by any of the Options offered. No service on weekends or AH. Was asked to create a PIN and use it to log in but nowhere to input the PIN. To link Centrelink App to My Gov required a linking code sent by phone but there was no way to get this code using mobile phone. My excellent paid scam antivirus has flagged both MyGov and My GovId apps are dangerous to install. And the government expects me to embrace its very flawed,insecure technology? Really?

This is useless if you are not a member of the public service elite. The app was designed for services Australia and then tested by people who are unemployable outside the public service sector. Don't download it, it's just like a glorified centre link recipient and doesn't work.

My only comment today is that if you want people to give you genuine feedback on their experience of using the app, wait until they've finished using it, rather than hitting with the questions as soon as the app opens. I also don't receive notifications from the app anymore, but not certain if that app or phone issue

Pretty sure it's easier to break into the Pentagon then use this garbage app. Whoever designed it spent way too much time developing the awful security rather than work on the actual UI which is terrible itself. Pretty sure they purposely don't want you to access your information.

Poor performance. Changed my email yesterday and password but tried to log in today and it defaults to prev email and password. So, unable to complete my Tax Return. Also having problems entering comm super info. Keeps demanding info re Defined Benefit but no such info on Statenent of Bft received from CommSuper. Have hit a brick wall.
