AerTrak Connect App DESCRIPTION

Aertrak is an Enterprise IoT solution for the “moving things”. It helps connect assets, people and operations. Aertrak tracking platform is designed to provide a set of services in mobility access, location, inventory, alerting, reporting and maintenance. Within AerTrak platform we provide AerTrak Connect to help the owner of an asset track and monitor location, asset history, utilization, safety and security.

In order to get your asset connected you will need to contact Aertrak team and get access to an Aertrak account and activate devices.

Aertrak Connect is a solution to help monitor and manage an asset real time:

– Map View: use Google maps with road and satellite view to find places and routes in the map
– Get Directions: routing from vehicle’s current location to phone’s location
– Vehicle Status: view vehicle state real time
– Immobilization: immobilize vehicle in case of theft – needs option enabled by Aertrak team
– Secure Park: track vehicles when parked and if moving without owner’s authorization
– Curfew: track vehicles during curfew hours and if moving without owner’s authorization
– SOS Messaging: instantly message your emergency contacts with location and time
– Trip history: view history of trips, trip’s duration and distance
– Driver Score: view monthly driving score , speeding, hard braking, harsh acceleration and turns events.
– Emergency Contacts: setup emergency contacts for SOS messaging and other alerts
– Alerts: setup speeding, towing, curfew or battery low alerts
– Geofences: setup geofence and get alerts when leaving or entering the geofence
– Alert History: view list of real time and history alerts

At first the app had some log in issues Now it is good, everything is resolved. The Aertrak communication team's response is quite fast. Glad they responded fast. The app has a lot of features than I expected from it. Overall, App is good, best for tracking the vehichle. Nice app!

Wrist apps ever Never recommend to other to install this apps 1.This apps automatically close while use. 2. While you try to run apps, it's open after one hour or sometimes it's not open. 3. After sometime while you try to login that apps, it's automatically say USER ID & PASSWORD ARR INVALID. SO I NEVER RECOMMEND TO OTHER TO INSTALL THIS APPS.

Worst Application and Worst service Ever. After I bought it first 4 months I couldn't track my vehicle no notifications Nothing. After 4 months they sent a person to check and found out the they haven't joined the main wire for tracking. Not in total there have been 5 months, from last 20 days I can't open the application and track my Scooter. What is the use of it?

The app does not display the live location even if the vehicle is moving it needs to refreshed again and again and in the place of voltmeter there must be a battery indicator. It seems to be laggy. This app needs a update that would solve all those problems.

The app is not working. I tried restarting, reinstalling but this app won't start. The last release of this app was August 2020. Apparently the product is not well funded. I bought Eeve electric scooter recently. Using this app Eeve claims "Theft Protection". Guys don't buy anything attached to this app, especially Eeve vehicle. Go with other available options.
