I didn't ask for this App and yet there it is on my phone. Is this a phishing or spam App? Get out!

Really appreciate the flexibility of doing it from home. Pricing wasn't too bad, but anything less than Three days for medical certificate. I would have gone to a pharmacy.

For some reason they have changed the login in screen and I can't get a passcode despite putting my email multiple times.

Doesn't let me login. The stupid magic link doesn't work since it just redirects to the chrome app. Just let me login using my damn password.

App not intuitive to sign in as existing user. Sign in assumed I was a new user wanting to join. Also once I was very unwell with kidney pain and could not see GP that day but I needed a medical certificate. It was knocked back. My advice is if you just want a medical certificate that day, keep description simple eg. Cold symptoms

Easy to use and received my medical certificate with not much wait time. Would be great to talk to a doctor over the phone or by using video call.

I found them to be quite helpful and recieved my certificate within 1 hour I have used them a couple of times now and have no complaints.

Do NOT subscribe to this service. Others are much more reliable and trustworthy. They take your money and then refuse to provide services paid for, making it impossible to even REQUST a medical certificate without extracting even more money. Don't waste your time.

Such an easy experience. Med cert issued from the comfort of my own couch. The app is a bit buggy but overall I'm very happy.

Best doctor's note I have received ever. App is incredibly easy to use and has all the features I need. Medical certificates and online consultation are my favourite features. Recommend to all!

When I request a telehealth Co auktation it just takes me too a blank white screen, on both the app and the desktop version. Not sure what is wrong, seems like a pretty big bug.

Doctors take too long via this app. If your work requires a medical reason on your certificate it just overly complicates the process. Use instant consult, much better.

Always get the med certs within a reasonable time. There's no sharing of info on the med cert which I like. I appreciate the privacy of not having my boss know details of my health.

A Rip off. Paid for 'expediate' certificate $24.95, given a one-off 50% discount. Just as well because it took over 8hrs to get it. Standard price is within 24hrs. Employees don't like to wait. Check other options first. JMO.

Not happy, if you don't pay more to be at the top of the list/skip the que you wait forever, I requested a call back yesterday at 4pm, it's the next day 10:30am. I've used other similar services and they phone back within 2 hours. It also stated on updoc's app that the average waiting time is 90minutes. Well, it's been almost 19hours.

Idk why people are giving 1 star reviews. I've already received 2 doctors certificates in 2 separate days, it provides a doctors certificate which is exactly what I need for work without having to see a doctor face to face. I applied for $20/month, so far so good. Each certificate was signed by 2 different doctors which doesnt matter but it just shows that there is more doctors available to respond. I got my 1st in about 1 hour on the same day and the 2nd in 2 hours, same day👍 Sydney Australia

There is no clear indication of pricing except for $20/month fee for the ludicrous "unlimited certificates" without indication of how many certificates one could access without paying extra. Lack of clarity on pricing makes me fear of further hidden costs within payments for telehealth consults and certificates.
