bp Magazine for Bipolar

I have paid for my subscription and downloaded the app and when I go through the app to look at the magazine it tells me I have to buy a subscription.

No dark mode? My eyes, my eyes. No subscribing until app has dark mode

I am Bipolar 1. I couldn't believe there was a Magazine for BP!! I love it! Lots of excellent topics that have helped me and my family.

I love the magazine, I have had a prescription in the past. I however tried to purchase a past issue, and it is not downloading. The app is crashing, and I'm feeling disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought this subscription in 2018 and I didn't even get one issue ever! Google kept telling me that I didn't subscribe and it wasn't showing up in my account, even though I paid. Recently I subscribed again and I looked back at my Google account and sure enough, there's the subscription from 2018 that was never there when I paid for it. This time I subscribed to the actual magazine in the mail, it costs more, but you actually get what you paid for.

Very nice application and magazine. It works very well. I can read it in normal text or switch it to PDF,the one I prefer more.

I dont download apps to buy magazines.

I give up. Uninstalled, re-installed ad infinitum. In google play confirms I have a subscription, every time I try to see an issue it, guess what, asks me to subscribe again. This is especially annoying considering the readership it is aimed at. You really don't care, do you? As evidenced by not a single reply to any of the issues mentioned here. You are a hair's breadth away from being a scam.

I have subscribed to have full access to current content yet when I go in to read articles in the winter 2019 issue in asked to subscribe. I'm actually getting better access to content from the posts on Instagram and that this is a waste of money.

Consistently drops subscription. Virtually impossible to recover. In-app support link doesn't work. 24 hours later no response from email support. Will update review if/when I can access my prepaid subscription.

Purchased the yearly subscription and I have no access to the magazine now. Tried reaching out the team. No show it is. Really upset with the developers.

I actually thought that these people cared about helping people with BP or any mental illness and they do until you need to read the entire story whether it be for coping skills ect. for yourself or for a loved one then they are like everyone else $$$, it's only $5 but what if you didnt have that extra $5 its the point!

Yep, same as the other comments. Subscription auto remewed. I got miney taken from my account and can't get into the subscriptions - even if I click "Restore Purchase" - I get an error.

Terrible. Subscribe button doesn't work so I bought an individual magazine using in app purchases. It keeps giving me error messages and won't show the magazine in my library despite me following all their troubleshooting advice. Money wasted. Should have paid more attention to the reviews first.

Resolved issue on phone, only to be told to restore purchases on new app. But...my account is locked! I have yet to read more than 10 pages of my year long subscription. Ive spent more time dealing with app issues, and I am requesting a full refund on my subscription. Ty. And restore mags gives me an error apology. Please refund my subscription price in full.

i paid through goggle play and still can't read the magazine. they Stole $9.99 from me and wont give me my subscription. RIP off and scam!!!!
