App REVIEWS

Nikita

Terrible I can't even sign in as gives error message when trying to reset forgotten password.

trevor

Great that the fonts go large when set thus in settings of phone as a whole. Makes the articles nice and readable.

EDWARD

Much better. Offer each page of each business day newspaper as option. Users could turn the pages as if they were reading the paper and tap on preferred articles
----------
We're sorry you had a bad experience, Edward. Please let us know on feedback@businesslive.co.za how we can assist.

Siv

I subscribe to this app and pay monthly. Google ads are now popping up when I'm in the app. This is crazy

roger

Excellent App. Quality journalism and we'll laid out

We're glad to hear you're enjoying the app! Thanks for the feedback.

Peter

Pointless - I am a Business Day premium subscriber, but despite been logged on cannot read any premium articles. Reconsidering my subscription..
----------
Hi Peter, if you are still having trouble in this regard, please email your details to feedback@businesslive.co.za so we can assist.

Rodemire

App is good, but I don't understand why there are ads. I'm paying for access to Premium. I should not be seeing ads. May you please resolve this.
----------
Unfortunately Business Day, like many other newspapers around the world, is under more severe financial pressure than ever before and we rely greatly on both subscriber and advertising revenue to keep bringing you quality news.

Marc

So far really poor. Even though logged in it doesn't recognise the fact and it has this irritating red interstitial that takes forever to go away, if at all. In the upside it loads a lot faster than previously but this doesn't offset the mission to read. Bring back the old one.

David

Like a fresh start, the new updated app is far better than what it was. Now my go-to app for local business news.
----------
We're glad to hear you're enjoying the app! Thanks for the feedback.

Jane

Shockingly bad app. Keeps on saying that I have no Internet connection when I do. Have to reinstall to clear the problem. Complaining doesn't help as the problem doesn't get patched.

Cesaire

Unstable, doesn't load pages, refuses to log you in. Raised issues are not dealt with.

Shuayb

I am a premium subscriber, when i try to read premium articles i get prompted for my credentials, when entering my credentials nothing happens at all.

Guest

Keep getting connection errors, despite other apps (including news) working perfectly fine.

Guest

Ads are showing for premium users when logged in

Guest

You use it once, then the next time it won't open up unless you reboot the app. Always. It's not a problem if it was free but I subscribe monthly to the news feed. I expect better.

Guest

This has always been my go-to app for market news and indicators, but for the past week your indicators page has not been operational. Surely someone who monitors these things would have noticed by now and attended to it?!

Guest

Not able to recognise active subscription status, thus no app access through paywall.

Guest

You guys must really consider removing adds for premium customers. At least on your app.

Guest

I am a paid subscriber but I still see persistent ads that take up half the screen. As a result, the user experience is horrendous. In the pursuit of profit, Business Day has destroyed what would otherwise be a respectable app.
