The hassle-free way to manage your Xfinity account anywhere, anytime – with no call needed. It’s easy and fast to access and personalize your WiFi name and password, check for service outages, troubleshoot or refresh your equipment, view and pay your bill, find out your tech’s arrival time, view your channel lineup and update your account whenever and wherever you want.

It was great when I first got it. It actually let me in to see my account. Now, I can't access it, and it's been this way for months!! I'm NOT happy. I tried a new internet provider, and it was worse. I can't have these issues while running a business and being in school! I've brought this up to them many times, and they have yet to fix it!! 🤨Update🤨 Still have the same issues, except now it's making me re-log in and not even taking my log in info.

Going on 4 months with internet problems that they cant seem to fix. So they sent me the flex insisting the issue was my Roku device. I received it, installed it, and still have the issue. This whole situation makes me want to look at other options for internet. I am a streamer and pay the higher price for faster better quality, I dont have time for these issues.

Horrible! Everytime I try to open the app, it gives me an error mesaage "sorry unable to connect, try again" I have been trying since yesterday. I moved and transfered my service and need my equipment activated. When I call, it tells me I have to activate it through the app!!! Can't even do that cause the app won't even open!

Very poor interaction on this app. The xfinity assistant is just a way to not resolve costumer issues while pretending to want to know the issues. I can't even see the prompt to see channel locks and all that but supposedly my HBO max subscription has an error because I changed my password and u can't fix it. This is the worst company ever. You can't get a live agent on phone. Total scam of a company.

The Worst App Ever!!!!! I get to use the app one time after downloading, if I'm lucky! After that "Error" - "Try Again" - "We're sorry, we weren't able to connect." I have to unistall the app and reinstall the app every time I use it. It's ridiculous! Because, It's how I pay my bill, check on my account or can do anything with my account. If I'm not in a position to re-download the app everytime I use it, I can't access it. Unbelievable, Other than the roof over my head, this is my highest bill!

Upgraded channels through app and paid new balance, and can't get new channels. Call in, the recording goes in circles. Then a reboot, 10 more minutes, and it still doesn't work, for something updating every single night, you expe t better service. Nope. Everytime I have to call, the bill goes up. 200. A month for basic tv is stupid. Internet speed is slow. What a joke

Either the app is terrible, the company is terrible, or both. I've been trying to change my plan to internet only and have been having a very difficult time doing so through the app. Constant error messages and dead ends in what, at face value, looks like a very straight forward process.

Inconsistency with logging in is kind of getting on my nerves. It tells you that you can't connect to the servers and rather then try to troubleshoot your problem it simply gives you the option to try again or sign out. What fixed my login issue is signing out and signing back in. Seems that you lose authentication privileges after some time, and the correct the prompt would be to ask you to sign in again. Not this can't connect nonsense.

The app won't allow me to access my account for anything. It goes into a loop for a bit then returns an error then shuts down entirely. It used to work & now it doesn't. When it did work it was great for resetting my modem which seemed to happen too often but is much better now. Still would love for this app to work again for that as well as to access my account. I would not touch xfinity with a 10 foot pole if it wasn't literally the only option. I live in the middle of a well populated town but funny enough how the local ISPs have hard boundaries that don't overlap. Proof that lack of competition means you don't need to even attempt to provide competent service. Constant app crashes, insanely awful speeds despite being the highest the has to offer while being the only person online, I guess I should be thankful they haven't broken into my house. Yet.

The app is trash. It never works. Always has"Error" (at top left corner), "Done" (at top right corner), a yellow circle and inside itself is a cloud with a single lightening bolt, a message, Try again, and sign out. For a paying customer this is highly annoying and I have to jump through hoops just to try and log in. Also, don't have service established at any other service address....the system NEVER filters that info out and after every log in you have to verify the address/account.

Worst app I've ever had to navigate an 90% of the time it tells you that you aren't even on the app. If xfinity had any real competition in my area I would swap in a heartbeat. Most functions are rerouted to web pages and are rarely ever resolved through the app usage. If I could give a quarter of a star I would.

I do not appreciate the fact that they continue to delete movies that we have recorded. Especially since we have a ton of space available for recordings. We can not get them back because we now have to rent, purchase, or use an app that contains commercials to watch them! Most of them are movies our kids watch, so listening to them not happy about that is upsetting

For some reason the app crashes seconds after opening it. Have tried many different solutions including restarting my phone. The only way ive seen fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And even that only works for a short time. Fix the goddamn app Xfinity. Especially if youre going to tell your customers over the phone to download it..

Very poor service at time to time, for ever losing connection, crashes all the time, when calling in you get the same old thing every time, let's reboot, to see if that work, and if they send someone out it's never there service to find a way to change you more money for coming out to check there service. It's really becoming very bad service daily 😕

Was fine for what it was supposed to do. Last 4 months I've had issues with my cable box dying. Then my remote kept unpairing. Then my new box does not work with streaming services. Ordered new remote. Won't pair. Tried to use app for customer service. Didn't work. Tried to use app to pay bill. Didn't work. Now my payment is late because the app doesn't work. Including the report a bug web page.

The Xfinity My Account app on cell phone (Android 12, One UI 4.0) is useless to troubleshoot an internet cable problem! When cell phone WiFi radio is turned off (because the home internet feed has failed! HELLO??), Xfinity app crashes immediately. This is a new bug/FAILURE, since I have previously been able to get to the "Outage Map" during an OUTAGE! With only cell radio turned on.

I've had no issues with this app until the most recent update (updated on 1-27-2022). Now, the app closes out as soon as I try to open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, without any success. So, unfortunately I have to uninstall this app. Perhaps later, I'll be able to reinstall it without it giving me the same issues I'm having with it now.

Since the latest update, the app crashes as soon as you launch it. Reinstalling let me get to the login screen, but it crashed as soon as I logged in, and then started crashing at launch again. Not great when your Comcast internet cuts out and you're trying to figure out why! Also, the app is bad even when it works! It'll say my system "looks great" when I have no connection, will say there's no outage at our location (when our internet is down), but show an outage in our area. Fun stuff!

They really hosed the latest update. After the latest update (late January 2022, around 1/24), the app no longer works when the device (mobile phone) is on a non-Comcast wireless network (e.g. LTE, etc); it will immediately crashes. It will open only when the device is on Comcast home Wi-Fi. Furthermore, even when the device is on Comcast home Wi-Fi, the app keeps reporting that the Comcast-supplied modem/router combo is "having issues"even though the modem/router combo was fully operational.
