I love this site and have ordered from them many times. Their products are generally good quality for the price and customer service is helpful. In terms of the app, though, I don't really use it a lot for one reason: there is no wishlist function. On the app, there is no way to save a product for later. This app doesn't really have any advantage over the website.
My favorite store to buy lolita-style dresses. They are always good about communicating if there is an issue with my order and I've never had trouble with them. I don't order through the app though, I just like to use it to look at stuff.

Can't get into the app it won't load again keeps kicking me off
The prices are all pretty cheap for the quality and quantity you receive, although the quality of your items can vary a lot! The shipping takes a lot longer then other stores and the app is absolutely atrocious, super slow and everything takes forever to load and it's hard to navigate.
The app now won't open and crashes

Love the design of the app, but when im scrolling through it'll just start infinitely loading and never load more products so I just end up using the website. Please fix this!!
Oof, very slow. Can't sort clothes by color, not as detailed as the website.

Can't even open the app
This is one of my favorite shops, but the app has major issues - you cant sort by clothing type aside from what is on the front page (e.g. tops, hats). If you can, it's hidden and not an intuitive UI - loading the products takes forever - the price for sets doesn't change. If I want to buy a set of a top and a skirt, it's the same price of just the skirt until the checkout But the clothing are super cute, good quality and affordable. If the app gets better, I'd be buying too much :)

The app is literally useless. Both the website and the app are slow (I use the mobile site), but the app is EVEN SLOWER. As of recent I can't even open the app, because it closes. IMMEDIATELY. I thought I could find nice lolita clothing for myself, but apparently not.
Nice app! I'm leaving 4 stars for now because the app can be quite slow when I try to tap an item, and it won't register that I'm trying to view something. Also, I sometimes notice the free shipping timer restart back to 55 minutes everytime I refresh the page.
great app, but i hope in future this apk will have indonesia language & country :)
Slightly better than the website, easy to use and especially easier to look at new in and if you're super into this fashion that's actually super important.
I love the clothes on this app theyre all very cute. However, the reason I am leaving a 3 star review is because of the search system. For me at least, its VERY important for an organized search system to find what I want. They only have catogories for lolita clothing but it would be really nice if they had general catogories or ones for the rest of the clothing/accessories too. Catogories for things like skirts/necklaces/rings/dresses/rings/shoes/socks/etc. Would be very helpful!!
This app is essentially useless, it won't show the correct form of currency, it won't let me check out, and after I had to go back to the regular website page to checkout, the app is now displaying an incorrect shipping address for my order even though my confirmation email has the right address
