Constantly crashes/freezes/tells me to restart it. It's a shame we are forced to use it to see our kids schedules. I do not receive any notifications of new messages, events, etc. I have tried altering the settings in the app and on the phone as well as reinstalling the app. Nothing works to push notifications. 11/2023... have updated the app, checked multiple settings, sent emails to the help desk, etc. = still no push notifications from this app ---------- Hi Judy - it sound like there are some technical issues going on here. Frustrating app. Love most of it but the messaging is basically non-functional. I get numerous notifications that I have a *MESSAGE (not a schedule change, practice, or anything else as my teams didn't use those)* but in the app nothing shows up. I even reinstalled the app and it's still the same. The messaging inbox shows the last message as almost two weeks ago yet I've gotten well over a dozen message notifications since then. **<-- edits to clarify from the developer reply ---------- Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we're happy to hear that you love most of what you're seeing. The notifications you're referring to are likely related to schedule changes, which are auto updated on the calendar. Chats show up on the team wall. We are soon rolling out a notification center, which should improve visibility.

Difficult to setup. You can't create an account from the app, I ended up using my computer and a browser. While creating an account, their website is sketchy and the "captcha" wouldn't load on my computer. Also you can't search for the team you want to follow using the app. Apparently you have to be invited by the team in order to follow them. So far this app is no better than the previous version. I don't have option to create or type a message to my team. The add event button continuously disappears. It seems the only difference for the 2.0 version is the look as functionality is still poor. The developer has removed sign in with Google option, but responded quickly and indicated this feature may be coming back once they've navigated Play store policies. You can reset password and get in, but you'll now have a password account versus Google sign in. Otherwise this app is an improvement over 1.0. ---------- Thank you Ryan for the updated feedback! It won't even let me know when there's a practice nor a game that is going on and we're registered and everything that we're supposed to do for it ---------- Hi there - please reach out to the organization or team you're registered with. Visibility into team practices and games is a permission controlled by your organization that has to be turned on for you to see and RSVP to them. We hope you will update your review once you're able to access the schedules.

If you click that and enter your email address, you'll receive a link to reset your password, then you can login. I'm the assistant coach of 2 teams. I would like for the notifications to tell me which team the notification is for before clicking it, and then take me to the message for the appropriate team. Currently, clicking the notification just takes me to the most recent inbox. Very unhelpful on game days where there's a lot of questions coming in from both teams, but I am repeatedly directed to the most recent inbox I've read rather than the most recent message received. ---------- Hi Kristel - thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! The app looks clean and navigation appears to be smooth, but for referees, there is no option to add blackouts to my calendar. My account is linked to my Google Account. But the Demosphere 2.0 mobile app for Android does not have an option to log in via Google, Facebook, etc. How do I log into the mobile app? Glad to update my review after this is fixed...thanks ---------- You can use the "forgot password" option on the login page to get logged in with your gmail address. Additionally, we are looking into resuming social login based on navigating the app store policies and requirements.
