"AIRPLANE MODE" is the only way to prevent the Ads from ruining the game. Also, you gotta clear the game "cache" first, because some of the ads will embed themselves onto your device. Clear the cache (don't clear the storage), and then turn on Airplane Mode. That is the only way to play with ZERO Ads. Enjoy.

Every time I open something like the zen garden or a level a ad plays and it also restarts your game or crashes it the ads half a random chance of doing this and fix the game so everyone's review will be different and good and I keep crashing on the last stand pool level

The game is fun but the ads. It's not even just that there are ads. I can't figure out how to close the ads when they pop up and my child certainly can't figure it out so she cries everytime one pops up and I have to completely close the application. I thought about paying to remove them but based on the other reviews it sounds like that doesn't do anything. Also, many of these ads are for adult content that I don't want my child to see. In my settings, I blocked them but they still show up.

PvZ is a the best example of a tower defense game with a twist, that being the whole Plants and Zombies concept. Sadly I have to take of 1 star, because in the mobile version many great things are left out like versus mode, or behind a pay wall. Overall I still find it fun and enjoy the game.

I really love the game, huge time killer and I find the endless mode really fun, it's probably my favorite part beside from going through the adventure the 1st time, the only reason this is 3 stars is because I went to load up survival endless, and I was on like flag 48, fully set up for going 100+, and it keeps exiting me out the game every time I try to select survival endless, whice really sucks, because it's just so satisfying killing an infinite amount super gargantuars.

I did love this game... but the whole reason I go through the adventure mode is because I want to get to the endless mode. However, my game crashes everytime I try to open endless mode. I don't want to delete the game and lose my progress, but EA seems to have no solution to this major bug.

Great game and a fun game to play, but pls put this on "Google Play Games" to back up or save our accounts and our progress in this nostalgic game, because if you delete it then reinstall it then it won't save it and pls put the "horde music" in this game because it's cool! the music is buggy, the ads are almost unskippable and so many that kinda waste time, pls update it and fix the bugs and i will give it a 5 stars and would be more awesome!

I love this game, I really do, this was one of the games that made up my childhood. But with all the ads, and the fact you lose your data completely because of certain issues makes this game not so fun to play, and annoying. One way to atleast make it more bearable to play with is atleast a way to recover data. And another way to make this game more fun, is for replayability. You can make adventure 2 have random zombies for each level. This would make the game way more fun to play again.

Please fix the bugs. It's my favorite game but the constant bugs won't let me enjoy it. The app crashes every time I try to launch Survival: Day. I was just forced to lose my streak of 8 flags in Endless because the app supposedly gave me the option of choosing plants before every new round but none of the plants were active when I tried to re-pick. I had to play a level with balloon zombies without any plants to fight them and the irony is that the app kept reminding me lol

Aside from the constant ads, my progress has been completely erased twice. I made it to nearly the end of the game and it reset me all the way back to starting like I've never played before. What's the point of playing a game if you get on to continue progress and have to start fresh. Ultimately makes it feel like a waste of my time.

Terrible port. I beat adventure mode and unlocked all of the endgame content but my progress never saved. I now can only access the tutorial level. Hours of progress erased because this terrible app never saved the progress. Regardless, I love this game, but don't buy this version of it. I bought the no ad version and it was a giant waste! Get it on P.C.

The game itself is very addicting and helps pass the time. I have fun playing; however, wasting $3 to "remove ads" only for it to not change a single thing has made me hate the game. Either being back the paid version of the game so we can purchase it and not have to suffer through the ads or actually REMOVE THE ADS if somebody pays to remove them!! I want my $3 back 🤬🤬

Echoing the sentiments of others here. Paid to make my game's intrusive ads go away, didn't work. I uninstalled with the intention to reinstall to see if restoring purchases would fix the problem, but the game does not have save data linking with the Google Play Store. I would have to play through a quarter of the game, again, to even get to the point where I could attempt to restore purchases, while being bombarded with ads. And even that may not work. I gave up.

Was having tons of fun until the game stopped working. I was finally getting into the game making good progress through the entire game beat adventure 1 was halfway through adventure 2 was unlocking all of the survival modes and now when I open survival pool the game crashes every time without fail now I have to reinstall and start over also the no ad button doesn't work

I have adored this game since 2009 on my PC, but... I bought the ad-free mobile version on 02/27/23 for my old Samsung Galaxy S9+. I continued to get ads in the game. I've since upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and I'm still getting ads with the fresh download. Also, there's no way to back up your progress to any sort of account, which is incredibly frustrating. All your progress will be lost if you switch devices or if you have to uninstall/reinstall the game for any reason. Please fix!

I'm so disappointed in this version. I've loved this game since it first game out, and the game itself is mostly fine. But the ADS! So many disruptive ads. I even paid to remove them, and it's incredibly inconsistent whether they show up (and more often than not, there are still ads). Its like someone got the code base, stuck a whole bunch of ads in there to monetize, and doesn't even know how to manage that aspect of it. Terrible, and so sad.

Love the game. Hate the ads. In the game, there is an area to purchase the removal of the ads. However, it doesn't work. I would rather pay for a full version than have to deal with the ads. EA doesn't care, which makes the play suck. If you try to contact them, it will respond by taking you to a FAQ, which is vague at best. Tried to play PvZ2 which is bogged down with stupid ads and no way to remove those. EA QUIT BEING GREEDY WITH ALL THE MICRO TRANSACTIONS AND GET RID OF THE ADS!

Would you add more levels in adventure, I just played the 2 adventure in 5 days. I don't have any problem about the ads, it helps me sometimes especially if i need the red potato and the seed slot🤣. I hope there's a save thingy so that we can save our progress and can open in other device without going back to level 1. One last thing, please reduce the amount in mini games, so very expensive.

Very addictive game, way too many bugs and glitches to play. I love this game a LOT. But the amount of bugs that have happened to me within a course of a DAY, is outrageous. Firstly, the game freezes after I watch an ad. When I come back from an ad, the game would randomly freeze, and I'd have to close, and reopen the game. Now at first, this wasn't a problem, but when I had to reopen the game after being SO CLOSE to completing a difficult level, that was the last straw. Please fix these issues.

Remove ads doesn't work. I don't usually spend money on games to remove ads, but I thought I okay this enough that I would, but I still get all the ads just like I did. And the long ads where you have to hit 4 different close buttons. Between every other flag on survival, anytime i go to the main menu, and every single time as before. I confirmed they took the money out, and the option to buy now on remove ads is gone, so I know I purchased it. I restarted the game thinking it was that, nope.
