Can't register my product

The description indicates a precision tuner, and it's shown in the screenshots, but I cannot find it. Video reviews of the NEXG guitar show that the app supports editing of tones for guitar and microphone, as well as EQ settings. But these have apparently been removed. This means there are literally only two things you can use the app for: changing the power light color and changing the volume levels of mic, guitar, and BT -- but even that is implemented in a very cumbersome way.

There is virtually no tone customization. There was when I first downloaded it but now there is none and I don't know why. I've tried several times to Uninstall and reinstall and it still won't work
