Etisalat offers very dubious home plans. My home plan is 400+ aed, in the bill I see there are two main items TV & internet each costing 200+. Since I don't want TV, I asked them to cancel the TV. They will not sell the 220 aed internet plan without forcing TV package doubling the whole bill.

No life human support even in critical situation. Absolutely harmful UX for the case when you cant pay your bill since OTPs are blocked by disabled Etisalat number. "Promise to pay" feature also broken, didn't activate the number (but will be charged?). Setup auto recharge also fails with meaningless "Something went wrong, we're checking on our side" error. Cannon believe this's an official app/service provided by one of the largest UAE telcos.

Both Etisalat and du are in competition to prove which one is worse. Both have terrible apps. Atleast du at some point will answer your call but Etisalat no way. App keeps giving error and then charged my bill twice. My bill will be carried forward but I wanted to make sure after being on hold for 15 minutes I had to hang up. These telecom companies exist cuz they are government entities but are the expensive and terrible when it comes to customer service.
