Takes forever to load and to show products/pictures in the reviews/literally everything. Click on one thing, will take 5mins to load then when it appears, click on something else to see the details, another 5mins. It's so frustrating. Also, when I click on a product and after checking it, return to the previous page, it goes back to top and I again have to scroll through so many products which I've already gone through to go to the last product I checked. I'd rather use other apps than this.
The app is fluent and I used to consider it superior, fast and lightweight in comparison to the other apps out there. However, recently I have been observing that once I click on a product to check the details and come out of the product by clicking the back button the page keeps on loading for many seconds before it displays the last visited page. I have a very good phone with the SD 888 processor and 8GB RAM and access it using 100 mbps broadband internet connection. Please fix this.
For my first purchase on the app, I bought something small, just to test it. The item was damaged, so I called customer service. They registered my complaint and said I would get a call back. The next day my issue was marked "resolved" on the app. So, I called back. They assured me it was a glitch, and that my issued was reopened. The next day it was marked "resolved" again. This has happened 4 times. My issue is still not resolved. Seems like a systemic issue. Will never use the app again!
I am re-writing the review after an year, flipkart used to be my most browsed app but now it has literally the worst 😞 browsing speed is hell slow, if u hv seen 200 or less items l, it will automatically hang and stop abruptly...Speed is awful to open an item and go back to the main page...can't believe how such a wonderful app has become so worst? Highly disappointed 😞

App is stuck on loading screen. I have been using this app to order, track items for years, but with the recent update I can't use the app, it's stuck on the loading blue screen. It's same Google Pixel phone, same SIM card and same location/house. I tried everything but to no avail. I have to get items, so now I started looking for other platforms. I would suggest your development/QA team to verify on low bandwidth network. Flipkart please fix this issue ASAP for customer retention.

A bad quality product was received and so I placed a return request for that but the product was never picked up from my place and the customer care service is useless as everytime I tried to contact customer care with my issue, I was only made to wait and they used to disconnect the call on their end after a short while. The product is still with me. I had the worst experience ever. Uninstalling the app now
App keeps getting progressively worse. It has always been designed to push products that they want rather than provide a clearer way to navigate through menus. Now on the Android app home page I see no option to access my account and wishlist or the cart directly which I still have on the iOS App. It almost feels like an attempt to self-sabotage the Android app!
This app is so annoying, has become very slow over the time. Homepage takes forever to load, if you search for anything again it takes loads of time and if you searched for anything and press back button again it takes forever to load. I've a 300mbps wifi connection all other apps work smooth but this app is so annoying. On mobile data it directly shows no internet connection 😂 what the hell is wrong with this app.

Once upon a time Flipkart was best app. But days passed. When I want to add a bank account for refund, there is no option for adding bank account. This means that you can only add bank account while returning an item. And facing many problems while returning. Nowadays many bugs are there. The order details are not opening.
It's very slow working so I'm not like use it Very bad application. I have stopped shopping from flipkart after getting frustrated with this app performance. It takes too much time to go to the product details. After clicking on the photo posted in the review section, it will stay in the position of loading...loading...loading.... Have tried with high speed internet connection also. Still the same issue. Very sad to see this is the performance of a leading e commerce platform.

Everything else aside, all products are being shown as not deliverable to my location. In the past I have ordered several products and they have been delivered without any issues. Another problem is the pickup process. I had to wait 5 days for the pickup. Also whats with the home page? The previous one was better. The loading takes forever after each and every tap... So annoying! A 5 min task takes 15 mins!
Same problem I am facing this issue since few days, whenever we click on any product and then we click back to return to previous page it takes so much time to return to that main page it keeps on loading. Initially I thought it's an issue with my internet but it's not. There is something wrong with the app it doesn't take you to previous page soon and taking more time to load, it really causing difficulty while searching for any products. This should be resolved.

The app is getting slower and slower after each update. Looks like they are working on making it a super slow app. Kudos to the team for making it super slow. Anything done to make the app worst is appreciated. By the way, the app is not any more the same which it was known earlier for. Placing an order takes very much time because of the slow response of the app. Not sure if it is the same old flipkart app. Keep it up!! Giving it one star because there is not any option to rate it '0' star.

I'm facing this issue for months now!! It was less a few weeks back but now it's becoming WORSE!! Thought it would get fixed but it's still the same. It takes alot of time to load and the page goes blank and loads while clicking any product, going back, opening any review of products and even while going through my orders. It seems many have been facing the same issue. It's getting irritating to buy or browse any product!!

The app is broken since last update, when you open the product review page you are unable to see pictures, it shows a black screen. Happening on most of the products page, I see from other reviews that the same issue is happening with a lot of other people. Poor app experience would lead to customer's going elsewhere.

Firstly I am unable to open the pictures from review section of a product. Whenever I click on the picture it gives me a blank page. Second issue is that nowadays everytime I order any product, it never reaches me on the delivery date. Each time the delivery is delayed because of which I have to switch and re-order from other apps for the same day delivery.

The app keeps notifying me of oders that I placed almost a month ago. It doesn't even load the product images in the shopping cart. And once the seller of a product changes, they simply declare the cart item as out of stock. Lots of fake/wrong listings are there for low cost items on this app. If returning a product, always take the refund in the original payment method, otherwise, your money will be stuck in wallet. Pay later is going to charge a fee in upcoming months, so be aware about that!

It had been the best among its competitors but now.. those days are gone. Since few months it has been very frustrating to use ..very very slow, keeps loading for ages, just press back and u have to wait for another 2-3 minutes till the previous page loads . Again , pictures (review) open after taking a minimum of 1-2 minutes ,Half of the time products are either out of stock or not deliverable. Coupons do not work effectively. The list is long, so ..to the users like me, all the best !!
