Great app but the amount of updates is becoming a bit ridiculous now. Checking out has become a total nightmare and not to mention, booking of the actual appointments.

I love this app but in the last update I can no longer customize schedule clients out for the year unless they come every week or month. I have several clients that come every other week, 6 wks , 8wks , and so on. I now have to go in and put every single appointment down manually and that is extremely time consuming! Please bring back the broad amount of choices. I can't be the only one that this would benefit. My rating will go back to 5 stars

I have used this app for years and I live it but it seems like in the last few months, every time I open the app it needs an update. If it wasn't for that it would be a solid 5 stars

App is down, no customer service number available. Update 3/19/24 App is not working again so I can't check my appointments for the day. And it does not allow you to log in. This is becoming way too often a problem.

This app used to be great, now they are charging so many hidden fees that you're better off going back to pen and paper than letting them steal from you. Had a client book online with me by mistake, couldn't get a hold of her so I manually canceled the appointment. Fresha charged me $50.40 for service I didn't not perform!!!

I would love to give this a 5 stat it was great in the beginning. Now, it just freezes a lot. I get multiple complaints from clients trying to book online. They say they have trouble booking or there's always a problem which they have to create a new account. It totally sucks for a business that will eventually start to lose clients. It also says we are booked out when we are not and give only a couple of time slots when we have more open availability.

By reading all the recent reviews I hope you realize what huge mistake you made. The sudden charging for certain reports, sms's and all the other things people mentioned. It's not worth it. Already signed up by another place. Atleast I know what I pay and what I get. It's a pity. Been using it for years but won't go back any time soon.

Update: I still don't know why y'all update and change or remove certain features! Do you guys actually use the app to know what's beneficial?!? As soon as we get used to the latest update you change or remove something. Like enough already! If it wasn't for the clients being so used to this 🙄 *Hating all the update, adding services and making adjustments to existing appointments suck. Time to find a new booking system.

Used to be good but they change a bunch of things. Increased their fees by 50%. They also don't allow you to void payment that was made in a second mistake. They want you to refund the payment then charge you the processing fees on both the refund and charge. You are better off paying for a system that take monthly subscription.

It's a great app, I just feel sad that they changed the old reports, i can't see my sales by day as I used to, I really liked the old style reports, aside from that, the app still deserve a 5 stars.

Why do you keep changing the calendar layout? The new one is awful! I can no longer edit a shift from the calendar, this was a very handy feature for me and the scheduled shifts menu is changed too, it's not easy to navigate and it takes longer to set up. There's nothing "convenient" about this new layout at all, please bring back the old layout. I understand the app will need updates but changing the layout so often is very frustrating, I don't have time to keep re-learning how to use the app.

Edit: no more freezing. Thanks for the update! the app freezes a lot! Like, a lot. It used to be a good app, very functional. But in recent months, I can only do one or two things and then it freezes. Have to close it out and open it up again. I can never get more than three or four actions without having to close it. I've tried reinstalling it and it doesn't work at all. They're about to lose me as a customer

I was loving this app, but the latest update has really messed a lot of things up. It no longer updates totals right away, leaving me feeling very uneasy whether the amounts are correct because they seem to not be. You were able to find everything fairly easy, but now you have to dig quite a bit for invoices and tax amounts, profits, etc. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

This app was fantastic and so useful until yesterday; now it's unusable! I assume it is a glitch because of an update but I can no longer book, move or cancel appointments, can't add clients or products or do literally anything. Please fix this issue asap!

Ever since my phone was automatically updated, all of my past appointments have disappeared, which is very bad, and I am not receiving notifications of new appointments, but my clients are receiving confirmations. I have emailed Fresha for help, but I am getting no help from customer support.
