As much as I would love for this to work ... it does not. I can't even cancel my subscription. And forget trying to reach "support."
Useless, broken app. They will refuse to contact you if you try to cancel.
Cannot login.. cannot join the wait list either
I really wanted to like it but I don't even know how to do anything on here. I'm not tech illiterate but either this is for wizards or it's broken. Can't figure out how to cancel.
Terribly slow barely usable cancelation of subscription is even more troublesome after cancelation requests zero response from my experience I would say stay away. To be honest I am surprised that this app is still available on Google Play.
🤬 Been waiting for you to launch v2 and turn back on basic features, like creating and joining communities, for over a year. Pull your heads out of your rectums and either launch v2 or de-neuter v1. 🤬
Completely unusable, but still taking my money
Text to enter email to join wait-list is white text on a white background. Come on guys.
Nothing good to say... It keeps telling me my email is invalid. Therefore cannot be put on the waitlist.... C'mon Man.
Not user friendly at all. I love the idea but this is a very frustrating app. Your posts dont show up, changes made to your profile take a long time to appear, if they do appear. I cant find a way to create mutiple different treads, just one long chain of chats it seems. So its gonna be hard to have real content that doesnt appear to be a long ridiculous run on sentence. I do have high hopes for this as they continue to develop it but as of right now, its not very good and its frustrating.
Can't get the app to load, paid customer
I am a big believer in what this app is trying to achieve, but in it's current state I found it not even usable. I've been attempting to join communities for almost two weeks and it doesn't work. I understand it's in a beta form, but I've spent money on this and got zero functionality in return. Disappointed to say the least. Shouldn't be released to the public in it's current state. BTW I'm on an Android device.

Just a place to join a waiting list or enter some codes I don't have. Uninstalling. Look up HIVE. A true decentralized social network.
It needs some work.lightning and lightning communication has great potential. White letters on a white background for filling in an email isn't superstrong. Don't forget to release the app in the Umbrel store.

Just signed up, got my node, started a Community, but I'm on Android so everything on it seems a bit delayed to start. I'm being patient and will be for the next several months since this is a new platform being built on a newer technology. I'm 100% new to the whole crypto/blockchain stuff - it's sci-fi to me - but I can at least follow along and figure things out as I go. I'm looking forward to big things from Zion. Like I said - a little 'buggy' on Android to start (it just started on Android this October), but we'll see how it goes. If you're new too, join my Community on there, "The Posse" and let's work together to help this thing grow. I'm Eric_from_Kansas on there and on literally every other online outlet.
wasnt able to login "reserve a node" waste of space on my phone. please update the app. i tried to purchase the $11.99 / month blah blah blah app needs a few bugs to fix.
I support the idea but still waiting for a "node" whatever that means...
