Now we’ve joined forces with Virgin Media, Priority is brighter than ever. Virgin Media customers can get stuck into exclusive perks, rewards and experiences from the Virgin family and O2. Latest update to fix the crashing issue (which I've never experienced before.....) Has led to the app constantly crashing before it even opens fully!

Got the new s23 ultra. App crashed and now won't load. It opens but then instantly shuts down! seen this looks to be a common problem with the s23 ultra! Loosing out my rewards! O2 needs to sort this out

Unfortunately since upgrading to a Samsung S23 Ultra I have been unable to use the app. It immediately crashes when attempting to open it. This is the only app in the hudreds I use that crashes, which is a shame.

Wont open anymore. Used to work flawlessly and on my new s23 ultra crashes back to desk top meaning i simply cant use the app or any of the benefits!!! Sort it out as this isnt good enough.

What a joke virgin customers can't use it. Havnt been able to use it since Nov 2022 obviously O2 and virgin havnt got a fix high on thier agenda. Update for app downloaded today and guess what still can't use as a virgin customer. Sort it out Finally working now after 6 months. Great that it's fixed but will only increase my review by 1 star for how long it took. Thanks

The app didn't let me sign in as a Virgin Media customer, just saying 'Oops, something went wrong'. This was fixed and I was contacted to check. Very good support.

Was working perfectly on Samsung Galaxy S22, now upgraded to S23 and no longer works. Just open app and crashes/closes immediately. O2 please fix.

Everything is london centric, and anything worth trying for crashes the site. Shockingly bad app and execution, with appalling "offers." Months on, and they still don't listen. My 3 contracts will soon be finished and can leave this useless company

Just wanted to say thank you to o2 for all the free treats over the years. Had to remove 2 stars because 1. app is too slow and 2. after redeeming an item it should go directly to qr code not to digital numbers, given that everyone uses the qr code.

Can't login as a Virgin Media customer. What looks like an internal web broswer briefly pops up, but is then replaced in half a second by videos and a 'continue' button, which ultimately leads to an error pop-up. Close that and you just start the cycle again.

I'm trying to open this app with my virgin media account for months but it is not letting me to. I have both this and my virgin media apps installed and location is ON. But still it had never let me to open. All it says is "oops something went wrong..! I tried in different mobile also bit no luck.

I have installed, deleted and reinstalled this app over a dozen times and it won't load up at all. It shows the initial logo page and then crashes and closes itself. Waste of time.

Upgrade has led to a worse user experience. You have moved everything around and it's now super hard to find the offers. The app says it cant find my location and gives me an error on one screen. I have changed location settings but doesnt seem to have done a thing. Why do app designers always do this, issue and improvement but just makes everything worse???

never have I used a worse ticket service than 02 Priority, tried booking WWE tickets today but had no success due to the system saying my credentials were invalid despite only setting up the password yesterday, it would also be helpful if it asked for login details before purchasing tickets. Also shouldn't Priority be for 02 customers, I got through Ticketmasters queue quicker than the 02 Priority queue. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option.
