Was great but now i can't call out to people. It tells me the person is unavailable on duo when I just had them call me and i try to call them back. EDIT: i fixed that issue but now it's sporadic when trying to dial out. Sometimes it connects right away, sometimes it rings and rings and doesn't connect at all...in the same spot! Very frustrating.

Hi, Kris. Have a look at this guide to troubleshoot (see the "Fix problems with calls" section): goo.gle/3gLj8NL. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit feedback within the Duo app by tapping the three dot menu in the top right corner - Help & Feedback - Send Feedback. Thank you.
Seems impossible to uninstall on the Samsung s22. Keeps adding an account to the account list despite never having used the app. That's quite an issue for devices controlled by an MDM as additional accounts cause a warning and the noncompliance gets in the user's way. Edit. Thanks for replying. The link you shared is out of date, duo no longer exists. The link also goes on to explain, "on some devices duo is pre-installed on the device and can't be uninstalled"

Super laggy! Audio is never in sync with the video (by several seconds). And it freezes A LOT! Like in the middle of the meeting I just stop hearing the other person and sometimes I stop seeing the video too! ☹️ and it would take a lot of time to "fix" not even going out and in again will fix it (and my internet is fine)

Hi, Yenitzia. We're sorry to hear that. Let's try resetting the app data. More information, please refer to the "Clear the app's cache" section by clicking the following link: https://goo.gl/gX7ctA. Hope this helps!
Duo worked well. After it changed to Meet, it is impossible to use. Phones don't ring; if they do, then they never connect after answering and drops the call; and if you do connect, the sound cuts out entirely. Used to be easy; now, only frustration and disappointment.

Works well so far. Although it sometimes is lacking integration with other communication apps like messages or contacts. I recently got a new phone and had to start using meet instead of the built-in Samsung video call app and although Google meet has better options and tools it's still missing some of the quality of life features of the old app I used to use.
There's quite an audio delay for the others. It takes a few seconds for the other participants to hear my voice. My internet connection is quite strong and I'm on a fairly newly launched device. Please help on this, couldn't find anything on the google searches. Have already cleared all my cache and app data.

I could see my friend very clearly. I was able to show her my progress in Spring Cleaning. She let me know, if I moved the phone too fast. Also, the sound was very clear and strong, for both of us. This is the best out of 3 telephone conferencing video services. There were no ads! Yay! I'm impressed 👏 😎 👌. Thank you
Horrible!! I prefer the normal video call capability. This is not user friendly, is confusing and frustrating to set up. I used to just press the video call button and I could call without issues, now it seems I need to send an invitation and the other person has to set up the app and even then it doesn't work every time. I hate that this is the only way forward for video calling without other apps, Samsung needs to bring back the regular video calling option.

Hi, Amanda. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We're sorry to hear that. We'll pass this along to the team so they can continue iterating on your feedback to make Duo even better. We ask that you submit feedback within the Duo app by clicking the Menu button then the 'Help and Feedback' tab and tap 'Send Feedback'. Thank you.
I love that I can connect with my family members through meet! 90% of the time the app is flawless, however when it doesn't work it's usually the audio echoes from both sides or the frame freezes up. There are times when the call will drop. Highly recommend to anyone trying to connect with family and friends on the next level.
This is very much a dupe to facetime, when it was Google duo it was not good quality at all, my phones would literally crash after attempting to call someone or if the video call do go through it was so glitchy you couldn't even see the person's face. So there's definitely been a LOT of improvement since Duo, and almost, if not, does match the quality to a Facetime call exactly, so very happy about that.
Good app could be improved more in the department of connectivity. Sometimes disconnects for few seconds and audio gets cut all of the sudden. Other than that i enjoy using it since is so nice to be able to see your loved ones while you talk to them.
It takes too long to connect. Once you connect it takes 30 seconds to get audio and video. Unlike Apple and FaceTime once you connect you can instantly talk... Please fix this so it's usable on various networks. It also takes a while to switch over from Wi-Fi to cellular and back and forth. Fix the algorithm and the Kodak so that is seamless.
Absolute rubbish. Unintuitive to use and nobody can ever join the call. Updated with more details: I've been trying to set up a weekly call each week for the past 3-4 weeks. I can't add most people even though I have their google emails. I have to send the invite URI separately. In most cases it doesn't let them join the call. We've moved to Discord now and it is much easier to use and just works.

Since the transition to Meet from Duo, my metered data usage has shot up! There is no way in meet to turn OFF data, even when the device is connected to an amazing WiFi. Please provide a toggle. I'd hate to ask everyone I call to switch to using Signal/ WhatsApp for video calls. I don't want to have to turn mobile data off during each video call; the toggle should be made available in Meet's settings (just limiting is unhelpful).

Hi, Kartik. Thanks for the feedback, you can also send it here: Meet > Settings Menu (top left) > Send feedback.
When it was Google duo. I didn't have much of a problem. But when it became Google meet. It has some many problems. It glitches. When I get off video calls, it constantly pops up a black screen stating "problem starting call" for a couple of minutes. It freezes on video. It take forever to connect before it rings the other person phone. I was using this app to video call Iphones, but it has become more of a problem since the switch.

Hi, Kesha. We recommend taking a look at this article: https://goo.gle/36etW3n for the issue you are experiencing. If you need more help, visit our Help Center: goo.gle/2YBmXiR. Thank you.
It worked before it became "Meet". I see a review from someone in early December with the same issue and same model phone; s10. I can't call at least one specific person. However, I am able to receive them. Really strange. I sent feedback but this issue probably isn't very high up on the list of bugs. Hopefully I'm wrong and it'll be resolved sooner than later. The quality is the best otherwise!

The picture is clear most of the time except when the wifi you're using doesn't have a strong signal. The picture and voice work well together. My family uses it for those of us who don't have iPhones. I have recommend it to friends. Update 2/23: The picture is still good. However, it won't stay fulframe anymore since one of the updates. It will minimize every few minutes and you have to keep maximizing it. That is annoying. 😕 that's why I gave it 4 stars.
All was good. But now for the past 1 month google meet is very bad. Videos often get stuck, low quality and sometimes the audio too is bad. Please add an option to add another person when we are in a call. If there is any need to add an person in the call, i need to cut the call, create a group and then make a group call. Please provide an option to change the notification and ringtone sounds. It would be great if the whole UI is like whatsapp. So that we can do IM, audio and video call.

Hi, Narendhira. If you are experiencing poor quality video calls, consult the troubleshooting guide: https://goo.gle/2YZC2Kw This is especially important if you have an older device, are on a low-strength network, or have other software on your device that may interfere with video calling. Hope this helps!
This app is terrible. Ever since it switched from duo to Google meet, I've had nothing but problems, I have to send an invitation to download the app to people that have android phones every time I want to call them, if I do end up connecting with someone either I can't hear them or they can't hear me. I wish it would just go back to duo. I've had several software updates to my phone, rebooted, and restarted several times also and nothing has worked!!

Hi, Deanna. If you're on a call and you experience audio issues, you may refer to this link: https://goo.gle/31sYHAh under "Fix video or sound issues on a call" section. Also, you can ask a question in our Duo Community Forum: https://goo.gle/2nWc7E6. Hope this helps.
The experience of working with Google Meet was something like the experience of flying to Mars. Difficult because sometimes the program hangs in executing its commands. Unreliable because the list of last calls had to be taken from the server every time. That is, if the internet access speed was low, it would not be possible to use the program. A completely different point emerges from the integration of Google programs and the access of accounts to the program, Gmail/Meet. The problem is this.
