Welcome to the new GYG app!

We’ve been cooking up something special! The new GYG app includes a new look, streamlined ordering process and heaps of exciting new features that will make ordering GYG easier and way more fun. Don’t worry all the things you love are still there, like earning GYG $ to score free food, and we’ve made them more accessible than ever!

Just a few of the new things we think you’ll love:

New Ordering Flow – It takes just a few clicks to order exactly what you need and checkout fast!
Table Service – Kick back in the restaurant, order using our table service feature and we’ll bring the food right to your table.

Favourites – The best thing about GYG is all the tasty customisations that make your order unique. Now you can save your favourite products just the way you like them and add to your cart in one click.

New Products – We’ve added some new items that were previously only available in our restaurants. Hint: check out the Bundles section of the menu for some awesome new value deals.

Drive Thru Pickup – Get your GYG super-fast by selecting Drive Thru and picking up right from the window.

Points & Rewards – It’s now easier to track your points across the app and earn GYG $. Once you’ve earned your GYG $ you can now split your payments between GYG $ and other payment methods giving you more flexibility.

Do not use the app. The staff will not add your meal to the queue and the wait is horrendous. ( this has been my experience every time over a 1 year period at the Bundall store)

Double ordered due to a problem with the app and was told that I could not get it cancelled or refunded in store even though the order had not been made. A very strange system which doesn't work well Edit: Customer service provided a refund when approached via email

Good app, but I would like there to be an option to add corn chips and guac as the side instead of making it so you can only get the regular got chips. Everytime I go to order I have to go in and order cause I can't change the chips on the side and it's a pain.

Junk app. Don't waste your time. You'll lose your order if anything goes wrong and haved to entry it again. I'm over it wasting my time for what is easier to do in person.

There are issues with the app. Used it twice. The first time the app charged me and the order didn't go through. The second time, the order went through twice and charged me twice. Unable to refund in store as they said they have nothing to do with the app. Customer service did respond after 2 days and issued a refund.

Can't choose individual taco flavours or margs. The GYG I usually go to is drive thru however it seems the app can't fulfill my whole order request which means I lose points. There is no option to order frozen margaritas and it seems each time I try to order tacos, it defaults to shredded beef and won't give me any other options. So I then have to order these separate items during pickup which defeats the purpose of pre ordering. I love the idea of the app but it needs to be executed better.

App is slow. When you place order it can come up with error message to check if order is placed. If not, it asks you to order again. The slowness made it look like the order did not go through. Ended up with 3 times what I intended to order.

Recently had multiple orders all fail through the app, then suddenly a few minutes later the charges all went through on the card but still no inapp updates on my order being placed. Emailed customer support and they're in the process of refunding the orders and also gave me credit for the inconvenience.

[Every time I place an order for my free burrito, it constantly crashes, unstall the app, and reinstall it. Can't even place an order. it just carshes now.Eveytime I tap on confirm].Update my ratings because they have fixed the problem with a quick response.now they need to update app so it stop asking me where I would like to order from. Let me destinate my local store permanently. So I don't have to keep choosing my local store all the time when I place an order. Just like MacDonald and KFC

This app is terrible, I downloaded it attempted to use my free sign up burrito and go through the process of selecting what I'd like on it, then select add to order and the app crashes, every single time. I've only tried using the app to order the free sign up, not sure if it works when you attempt to pay via app but why would I if I can't get the free one.

On sign up they offer a free burrito. But it's not possible to obtain. If you add it to the cart the app crashes. I tried several times. The app didn't have a problem with me purchasing any other items though. That worked fine. I contacted support and they'll investigate the issue, but didn't offer any more help than that. They also spelt my name horribly wrong in their response. That says a lot...

Okay I downloaded this app last week I have not been able to use it once. I tried to get my free sign up buritto won't let me add to cart I then try add something else that I was going to buy wouldn't let me add it to the cart it just crashes and boots me off. Thr worst fast food app I've ever had come on fix this problem up. I wish there was a option for. No stars coz the way it is now it's useless

My barcode no longer loads I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have had to miss out on points for two purchases. Also in the past I've placed orders for pick up and I've not been notified my items ready and it's been ready sitting for a long time and gets cold. Very buggy app and needs some work.

Nice looking app but frustrating to use... You should select the pickup time after you've finished ordering, not before you start because you don't account for the fact that you'll still be wrangling with the app 10 mins after you start. When you go back to order more food after viewing your cart you get an annoying nag screen asking if you want to clear your cart. It will mysteriously remove the free barito offer without user feedback.

It seems a bit buggy. For example when you set an order time it automatically defaults to the earliest pickup time, totally erasing the time you requested. Also if you leave the app for a few seconds and return it tells you that you're offline, even though you're not, with no way of removing the message, meaning you possibly have to restart the order from scratch.

The Food is great! However this app needs to go in the bin, it has a complicated ordering system and is not easy to use. Having to quote a pickup time is rubbish, what if you get stuck in traffic, does your food get cold? No other ordering apps do pickup times. Neither should GYG. Also you can't order the family fiesta on the app? Why? Please fix it up.

Extremely slow payment gateway. Inconsistent payment status screen (infact there is none). You will have to check your bank account or email to be be sure that your order went through (or not). Many a times I have thought that the payment failed because I did not get a proper status, and I would end up ordering again or ordering from another store. Only to find out a few days later that my order went through. Don't rely on the status screen to pop up immediately after the payment!

since last update accounts broken on both phones. It loses saved information, produces a popup alert "incorrect username and password" that was saved and worked for months before, then goes back to the original screen for login, when that too does not work, resetting the password option with the email states " this sucks, the app tried to make a request and failed" hence locked out of app, adding points, ordering and claiming points". Now that sucks!!
