With our app, you can find and book insured domestic cleaners in your area and conveniently manage your bookings. Simply create a profile or use your existing Helpling customer details to access the app. The Helpling app is only available for customers in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Australia and Singapore.

2. Choose frequency, duration and date

If you're already a customer with multiple one time bookings & try to book online, they'll show u your preferred cleaner's availability but in fact, they will not give u your preferred slot and will tell u that she's fully booked the entire year cos they want u to book a recurring or a regular cleaning which u will have to pay upfront with no way of cancelling online unless they let u. If u do not book recurring, they will insist on referring u to book their other idle or unwanted cleaners

Still trying to cancel a single appointment and customer service is still chasing me asking to rebook it. My appoitment has been cancelled during the right window of time and it still appear as confirmed. This is a scam service

Looking in others comments, I am slightly surprised. Maybe I'm just lucky to get a good helper, who regularly clean my place for quite some time already, and I haven't had much problem with the app so far. I haven't had experience with their customer service yet, can't comment on that. And they didn't match up the helpers that I liked initially (and they kind of pointed that out in the beginning), but with similar price range.

Really bad UI and rude customer service. It was good years ago when it was Hassle. Now it confirms requests before I have chosen to confirm or proceed. If a selected cleaner declines the request they automatically assign someone else without asking the customer first. I am not okay with being assigned a cleaner with no experience (I've had some break a vacuum cleaner, or need me to give step by step instructions in each room, etc). Customer service was incredibly rude when I contacted them.

They receive emails & notifications at all steps to inform them of what's happening to ensure the best service. The 'concierge' is unhelpful. They rescheduled my appointment without getting my permission. Even if the timing I requested was unable, the proper way would be for them to check with me first and ask for my availability. But instead, they hastily changed my timing and expected me to just follow. Terrible customer experience

Too much limitations. You can't autonomously edit, modify or change anything after booking without contacting them. On top, they don't take any details like size of the house, pets etc, they CALL to ask!! Also you can't choose a cleaner before giving the job [review based]. They have options on the app that are not available, ex, I choose cleaning once every 3 weeks, but they force once every 2 weeks on me. The WORST part is you can't even delete your account, how is this legal?

BEWARE! This app utilises large hidden fees for every booking you make. This is part of a new update they rolled out a couple weeks ago. We booked one cleaner, cancelled them (because they could not make the time we wanted), then booked a different cleaner and got charged €70 in admin fees alone! We were unaware of this until after our money was taken. We phoned customer service and they told us that they had changed their pricing model two weeks ago and this was now standard. Soo... be careful

I was going to give 1 or 2 stars because of missing functions and limited unfriendly user interface. Lost so much time trying to find basic functions (such as cancellation of a request or changing frequency from biweekly to once off). Eventually I emailed to their customer service. Customer service was very fast to resolve it so I am giving 3 stars.

The user interface is horrible. No control over who can be hired, they just pick someone for you. Many reviews by the same person create a false impression. And forget about cancellation. Impossible. They just moved you from ones place to another having to cancel over and over again new service providers for a service you no longer want. Feels more like a scam than anything else.

You make a booking request for a specific cleaner at a specific price and then they will just book someone else for you for a lot higher price. Cleaners show up late, cancel or want to change dates last minute, or not at all. Many functions, like simply cancelling a booking requires a call to customer service. All very frustrating and time consuming. I like the concept of this service, but don't feel treated like a customer.

App is terribly designed. 1. It still direct to it's website for input... 2. When halfway filling the form, if user switched to another app and come back, all the progress was lost and need to fill in everything again. 3. Voucher can only be applied with the website, I tried two times on the app and didn't manage to apply my voucher. 4. Cannot cancel appointment that's not accepted. After I submit the request, I cannot cancel until a helper accepted. It creates trouble for both client and helper

I got a horrendous cleaner (with 5* reviews), she was friendly but left the apartment in a state that was not acceptable. I gave it another shot and got a very experienced and friendly guy that cleaned everything perfectly in less than the indicated time. I would say once you got a good fit, stick with them because it's really a hit or miss.

The app is good for what it does. However for some actions like booking a new appointment it redirects you to their website instead of managing this in app. Not sure if they are looking into making this work within the app. Most time there is a long load time between tap on the app and load up the app. However once it's open, it's easy to use and simply to follow. With a few more improvements I'd change my score.

Most of the helpers we have worked with have been outstanding, reliable, and efficient, and any time we have run into issues, Helpling's customer service has been very responsive and helpful. We have a regular bi-weekly cleaning scheduled. Scheduling via the app is very easy.

Processes are not well thought out. The staff keeps insisting on calling and texting even though the app contains the buttons for the functions. Had a very very good cleaner but they insist on calling, sms, WhatsApp even for the smallest change. Careful giving away your phone number to them if you chose an online service for the convenience of it.

Another chance given to this company, another horrible experience, this time the cleaner didn't show up at all. Worst technology AND service I've ever experienced. Is it Helpling's fault? Yes it is: on top of bad design, the entire platform is built around opacity. No email or telephone number of cleaners, super difficult to cancel/change bookings, you find yourself continuously booked with cleaners you didn't choose, you get charged for cleanings that never happened. Avoid.

After the 1st cleaning, wanted to give at least a 4 star. But when it's time for 2nd cleaning, nightmare begins. Rescheduling was a huge pain, and after rescheduling request was sent, and helper still not available, can't change to a new helper. Had no choice but to skip 2nd cleaning, and voucher was forfeited just like that. Trying to schedule the upcoming cleaning more than one month away wasn't any easier. This app might be good for those with fixed work timing or always have someone at home
