Hello Human,
I’m Chelsea, one of the resident pets at the HUFT office. I am mostly found chillin with my sisters, Elsea and Pinky. I was enjoying a rather relaxed afternoon, till these hoomans asked me to write something called an app release note. They hijacked me with treats, and then explained what all you can do, and how it has taken them almost a year to get this up. One year! That’s a long time. You should see how I chomp down my treats and toys. Sometimes, I’m racing against Elsea or Pinky, but mostly, I just do things super fast, cause there’s so much to be done on a dog’s day. But it seems they took time cause the app had to be just perfect.

Edit: developer's response addressed the issue with cat products not being visible. Slow, even slower than the website. Search results truncate the item names, forcing you to click on each item one by one just to read the full names. Doesn't sync account and order information with the website, e.g., the website shows my complete order history but the app only shows orders from last year. There's little point using this app in its current state. You'd be far better off using the website. ---------- Thank you for sharing this. Very poor service and possibly a scam... Paid for cat food, didn't get any notification confirming the order nor did it show up on the Orders section in the app... I bought a leash, and on day one itself, the screw mechanism in the leash didn't work. The leash got stuck in the collar. I have 3 dogs with anxiety. Without the dog collar, its hard to handle them when they are anxious. I couldn't remove the dog collar and had to cut the leash. If one dog gets anxious, my other dogs also get anxious. I reported the issue, submitted the leash, but got no replacement, no refund, no apology, only trauma. The app itself is good. The products are of top notch quality. The only thing I don't like is that they charge shipping fee below 699. They should offer free delivery over 500 atleast.
