App needs to be updated. It doesn't work if you don't stay in the app. For 2 years no update.

Updated the firmware after app was installed, now scooter is restricted to 28 km/h and speedometer on scooter itself goes to max 14 km/h
weak aplication...it block's if you dont stay online in it..doesn't have an alarm for the lock..if you lock it and leave, they can steal it without any problem...

Poštovani, postoji li način za povrat zaboravljenog pin-a za otključavanje? Nemoguće da nakon zaboravljene šifre za otključavanje nije moguće nikad više koristiti romobil...
Kao što su korisnici već napisali: 1. Kada je romobil zaključan, prečesto se događa da se aplikacija ne može povezati sa romobilom i otključati ga. Rešenje je deinstalirati aplikaciju , restartirati mobitel, ponovo instalirati aplikaciju i spojiti se. Šifra za otklučavanje ostaje ista. Takođe aplikaciji nedostaje popis pređenih kilometara između dve upotrebe romobila ( trip list)

Did someone get a message "u3" on scooter display after upgrading firmware? after upgrade, scooter is not working anymore.
Works mainly ok, though there is one bug I've encountered: after some time the bluetooth connection is lost, and auto reconnection is stuck, or even if it is shown as connectected unlocking/locking doesn't work. Would make sense to do proper bluetooth pairing as current implementation allows anyone to connect to your scooter and simply block it with random password, or gain stats about scooter.
App looks nice but please fix lock/unlock I also need to kill app and restart to unlock. Not a nice UX.
App is overall good but it would be nice to have few more options like on demand trip counter or trip counter between 2 charges.. also please fix the bluetooth reconnect issue. I have to kill the app every time i want to lock or unlock the scooter.

Good app. But you need to put more info in it.
Good app overall bu i would prefer it to have a little more info. Its a little depressing=) but i give it a 5
