VIDEOCHECK Stellantis App DESCRIPTION

The VIDEOCHECK mobile application is intended for professionals in the repair of Stellantis brand vehicles. It is used by technicians in the workshop to carry out checks on vehicles with the aim of improving customer satisfaction thanks to a new digital after-sales service.
The technician makes the checks on the vehicle and enters the result in the mobile application.
He takes a video of the vehicle to show and explain to the customer the repairs to be made. It is also possible to take photos to show more detail.
The completed folder is sent to a web application in which the customer advisor informs the prices when there is additional works and sends the folder to the customer.
The customer can see the video, the photos, the result of the checks and validate the additional work online.
The repairer is informed of the customer’s validation and can then repair the accepted works.
Customer validation is saved in the history of folders and accessible for 10 years.
The repairer can follow the use of VIDEOCHECK using the statistics integrated into the web application.
