Train Status Ticket Book PNR

(edited: 20.02.23) : i am using this app for 4 years. earliar it was fine. i gave 5 stars rating. now for train booking when i tried to sort by departure or train no. etc. not working properly. (and moreover inbeetween the list shows annoying offers like get free cancelation etc) and when you try to book it automatically adds charges of free cancelation even you unchek for free cancelation redicules (my earliar comment) very good app to book train ticket thank you

The interface is flawless and service is fully secured and easy to access but it shows too much advertisement but we can't deny the fact that they need to earn money to survive in the market and provide us with the services and maintain the quality of services in the long term. So far the best travel app i have used till now. Thanks.

Very confusing, yes it does have live tracking and few good featured but when you are carrying 3 bags with you and it says platform 8 in the app and then app keep sending you notification that train will be arrivinon on platform 6 is very frustrating. Especially when the station is crowded and it is very hard to get hold of someone from the station. Please fix it or you will be receiving bad reviews.

Overall good app but sometimes doesn't shows the accurate location of trains and some trains are not available in this app. For pnr status, best app. If you want to track trains quickly and with more accuracy, I prefer you to use 'Where is my train?' Thank you.

App is ok, need lot of improvement, while looking live running status, here showing actual delay before boarding point, but after the train departs from the same boarding point, it is not showing actual delay time, it shows the train is ontime which is wrong. Please resolve this in next update

Best application to book tickets and enquiry. One of my transaction was failed due to some server error and the amount was deducted from my bank acct thru debit card. But within a minute i have received a message that you can again book ticket from the link provided, and was immediately booked. What i mean to say is, we got a quick support from backend team. Thanks to developer of app and backends team. I recommend all the people to book ticket from ixigo app. Thanks to ixigo.

This app has been declined time to time, the date and month just change even if it properly set. It's doesn't make easier for booking tickets. Its happen twice now that I selected proper date but the date and month changes. I just found it that it happened again, when I have to travel tomorrow. Even after payment it take time n give error even when the password is correct. Doesn't show proper seats available at time.

Because of the malfunctioning in app i couldn't cancel my ticket. I've been trying 1 day before departure date. Now I've lost the money and even the customer care couldn't help me so be prepared if u book from the app. I would suggest to go for a more reliable alternative.

Wonderful application. Requires some additional changes like while traveling inside train many times Internet get disconnected. So in feature if you team update the app using GPS TRACKING SYSTEM then it will be very helpful for all the users of Ixigo app. Thank you.

The register button is not working ! I have filled all the details during registration including captcha .After filling all the details whenever I tried to hit the register option it just not working , it's annoying !!😡😡 I need to do a booking but because of this I just can't , it is really annoying 😡😡please fix this problem

Very good app. I use it mostly for station alarm and wake up alarm. It's working very accurately. Some improvement is needed for coach position status. It's not showing accurately. Over all good app.

It was the worst experience with the Ixigo app. I tried to book a ticket. The ticket could not be booked. The amount has been debited from my account, but shows that the payment has failed. They say the amount will be credited to my account within 7 days. Today is the seventh day and no amount will be credited to my account. I am unhappy while using the ixigo app

It is worst application I have ever used. Please be careful while booking ticket on this application. It will show correct train at the start and change train later on system. I made two bookings and had same issue with both due to which I lost my money as well as spent more to make correct bookings. After you complaint for the same their staff is not supportive at all and stating that it's our mistake both of the time. Yeah it is my mistake that I used this worst application.

It's is most convenient app to book tickets online. I wish there was option to know if preferred berths are being allocated or not. I have wasted a lot of money in cancellation after booking. On counters we can confirm birth allocation. Such option must be present on online bookings as well.

Booking for faild and amount got deducted. I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore for Feb 1 on Jan 10 2023. The amount got deducted and the app prompted that the booking got failed. I am not able to see my booking under the list. Also I didn't get any message for refund. I tried to contact, but it always redirecting me to the bot which I am not able to add my queries. And tried through phone number but not able to reach the customer care as it saying that I can only chat.

Ixigo App is excellent to book travel tickets of train, flights, etc. without any difficulty. Also ixigo app is helpful in finding travel timings, running status, fares, etc. of trains and flights. You can book hotel accommodation, bus tickets, etc. too. Its cancellation and refund policies are risk free and most attractive!

Very easy and helpful app.The time, platform number, coach positions etc in the app is not real, it's just a guess from the previous travell history of the trains. This instruction must be given at the beginning instead of giving it at the end which is difficult to notice it. To get the actual time, coach positions, platform etc please contact the enquiry couter..Passengers must take the free Cancellation offer by the app only if it is genuinely required. App is easy & helpful.

Fraud app. The free cancellation option is one of the best scams I have seen. They will charge you a huge free cancellation fee and when you cancel the ticket even if it's a waitlisted ticket you will get refund excluding this free cancellation fee which will cause a lose to customers. And I don't want your reply containing the ixigo link that I can use for help. Atleast provide a customer care number so that we can call and ask for help. FRAUD APP.. FRAUD APP. FRAUD APP.

Perfect app for all railways work Inc. Booking tickets, station status, train status , train between stations, pnr check etc And also Flights, hotels , cabs But the only thing which requires improvement is the live train running status. It is very slow and some times doesn't work . Only for that only I had installed 'Where is my train ?' app. I hope you will improve this running status issue . Inspite it everything seems perfectly fine.. Thanks
