I gave this a 4 star rating because it it very good in giving helpful information geared for women. The settings are easy to manage but for whatever reason, any time I finished a session, it always say there was an error in recording the session. I don't know if there is a way to fix this or if it is an option they hope to offer in the future. Getting an error message each time makes me wonder.

3/8/24 update. App is still freezing at the "did you know" page. I dont understand why this isnt fixed yet. Just bought this device and the app keeps freezing after the account login page. Per the advice to another reviewer with the same issue, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app four times now and it still won't advance past the "did you know" page. Very dissatisfied.

App will not update when there are updates and the timer in the app does not stop at 0 minutes, it starts over at 0.59 seconds.

The app serves it's purpose to activate the devise and adjust the vibration. But it does not record the power left on the device accurately. If you back out to read article during treatment, the treatment clock does not represent the correct remaining time.

I got to the screen that says did you know just after I created my password and there's no way to move forward. I even tried shrinking the size of my screen zoom. More words were visible. I think there's a button that I just can't get to cuz my screen is smaller. I have an older phone on purpose because I don't like huge screens. so now the app is useless because I can't move forward in the process. can you help me please?

Love the device, upgraded from the vFit Plus which didn't have the app support. I had high hopes but the app doesn't record sessions half the time which is frustrating when paying for the convenience of not having to manually track sessions

Please make sure your phone screen does not revert to power save mode or leave the app. For any session that did not correctly record, you can add it into your calendar by clicking the “More” tab and “Log a Session”.

The app never saves my sessions. I always have to go in and manually update. It also has issues connecting to the device so while the app is great, it's a pain if it doesn't work.

Wanted to love this app but it crashes in the middle of a session, doesn't log my sessions in my calendar so I have to log them manually, which also does not work at times. Because it does not track my sessions accurately, program doesn't know when to switch to next level. I tried to make that update manually today and app did not record the change. Definitely some bugs that need to be worked out if you expect customers to pay a monthly subscription fee.

Same as another recent reviewer, I've been using the app for nearly 3 months but now the app is no longer accessible. Perhaps due to the the recent "upgrade"? Even when I re-install, I get no option or icon to open it. Useless.

Humming along until the app just disappeared from my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still can't find it. I finally figured out how to use the machine without the app but it's annoying.

With the update, the app won't open. I only have an option to uninstall. I did uninstall, don't know how much data I lost. But when I reinstall, same problem. Only option is uninstall.

Horrible horrible customer support. Device might work but since the app works about 10% of the time (and the device Will not work without rhw 200$ app) it will be a decade before I know. I cannot recommend joylux for this reason.

The app has an abundance of information on menopause. There is also information on aging. The app runs smoothly. You can do your treatment and read the articles. When ever I place an order the app runs smoothly. A lot of thought has been put in. You can also track your stat's just so you can tell if you are improving.

When it worked, it was great. I had to revert to manual mode because the device kept disconnecting when I tried to start the program. I received friendly help from support, but none of their suggestions worked. I hope others have better luck.

This app really sucks at keeping track of your progress. I use the app every other night to run the Joylux and it runs completely, and the app says complete, but then it doesn't Mark out on the calendar that it's been done, so I get messages everyday saying "sorry we missed you"... Would love if the devs can work out some of these bugs. It's a great product, but the app needs some work.
