SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Years of Awesome I have used the sweat app for 8 years it changes with my preference. I am currently 19 weeks into a weights based plan. Prior to that I did 6 months of yoga. I now use the yoga program as a rest between weights. The original Kayla plan got me from an average 30 year old to a toned mum happy with her body. And with all of this though I am healthy I love food and socialising. Could not recommend this app more. It tells you what to do every day and keeps you accountable.

Almost 4years 🥳 The new PWR Strength has my suggestions incorporated 🥰. Workout variety is❤ Sweat team, trainers & #sweatsisters are amazing. The team continuously takes on the ground feedback : my 20-23 suggestions hv bn used in upgrades. Fantastic job Sweat! My hopes for 2023/24. 1) ability to toggle between sets when equipment's not available. e.g I skip to Pyramids 2 then go back to Pyramid 1. 2) ability to save a program & use if offline for 30days. Really wanted to join the sweat community, but sadly, even with the discount, I don't have the option for it to be billed monthly, I'd prefer a monthly subscription than a yearly subscription. Is there anyway that it can be done monthly?

I love this app, I've been following kayla and doing her workouts since 2014. I was so excited when the app finally developed! However, as the years have gone and many fitness additions have happened, I am disappointed that the meal plans have not evolved with more options as well. I have to follow a totally separate meal routine due to my normal diet not being present for an option. Keto or paleo would be a great addition cause I know I'm not the only user with this issue or preference.

Have always loved the Sweat App it has helped me in so many ways! The only issue that I seem to have is that the food tab can be a bit buggy. For some reason, it gets stuck and doesn't always allow me to see the week ahead which is annoying because I like to prep food in advance.

I've been using this app for nearly 7 years now, and I've seen steady progression in my strength and mobility. It's like having a trainer in your ear. I love the fact that the app keeps time for you, and that you can track your reps and set weights so you can measure progress and refer back easily. Also great format with activations to mobilize muscles and get your heart rate up... Many other programs only fucus on the weights aspect. Highly recommend to anyone building a strength program!

Brilliant app. It's really improved my fitness routine because I never get bored. Being able to substitute exercises for something similar if the assigned exercise doesn't suit is so helpful. I wish I could give the app 5 stars but I docked one star because the cool down exercises can't be substituted. I double checked that's the case with customer service. If they add the option to substitute cool down exercises with easier options to target the same areas, I will happily give it 5 stars.

Update. I've been using the app for about 5 yrs. I would love to see more "Build" prog. I workout in the a.m. I don't have time to run all over the gym. Ex: Burpees to cable back to another body weight exercise. Also, it would be fantastic if the time suggested to complete a workout would be more accurate. Ex: Str& Res workout says 45-60min. Not even close, more like 90+min. Most ppl use a public gym, which are typically very busy. Please consider that. I really enjoy the app otherwise!💝💪🏾

For $20 a month, this App is fantastic. The variety of Workout options to choose from is huge. I enjoy that I can do a program that is also progressive. I've stopped paying for Personal Training at my gym as this App is cost effective and the Programs work! And a bonus if you like it Menu designs for you. The best Fitness App

I've been using the app for quite some time now, i generally like it, but the lack of new features bothers me a bit. there are many great suggestions for improvements here in reviews that could be implemented, but i fear they aren't. it seems that the app is pretty static from a technical dev point of view. and magenta layout is getting quite boring, to be honest.

App is great, I feel motivated to complete my workouts each week. Exercises are easily substituted if they're too difficult or I don't have the equipment. Programs are varied, catering to all levels. The app would be even better if it supported split screens on tablets though. I prefer to watch tv rather than listen to music when working out - I use the split screen on my tablet to do this. However, I have to use the Sweat webapp, which has less features than this app. Frustrating!!

I really enjoy this app. I have had it for several years now and I use it almost everyday. The workouts are awesome, the planner is great and the recipes and tips are pretty cool as well. It is adjustable and I love that you can substitute certain exercise, and also choose from a variety of different instructors which help mix up your workout routine. Also a great community of women supporting women. I also really enjoy the challenges. 10/10 recommend this app for any woman looking to workout.

Very good approach on fitness with alternative options in exercises. I am noticing some confusing instructions with reps for 2 sides that are not needed (like chest fly) and missing both sides time calculation, giving only one side (for some exercises like static lunges that is expected to be 2 sides it has only one timer ) but other than that great work!

Great app! So many different workout plans to choose from. There really is something for everyone! It also shows you which weights you have used before so you can easily track your progress. You can also enter the equipment you have, and it lets you swap out certain exercises. So the workouts are tailored to your equipment and needs. Absolutely amazing!!

I've been using SWEAT since the end of 2019 and I love it. I really like the changes the app has made over the years, it's just gotten better with age. I love that you can substitute moves to accommodate for equipment or just how you're feeling that day. I think the app is well priced and love the variety in programs. I've tried other apps and I always come back to SWEAT.
