Worst app Really hopeless, which I try to book a bus it takes to payment page and then money gets deducted next min then I get a error, I happend several times. Refund will be made no issue in that, but according to their will. Wht should be made in case of emergency, plz do not install this hopeless app.
Dear govt. Update the app properly... It shouldn't go to homepage while coming back from another app (sometimes). Improve app response. Many times I faced problems. India gives many engineers to the entire world. But our govt. sectors failed to give a simple app?!! Please improve. Give necessary links/options instead of giving train adds and govt. Logos. If we want train why do we enter bus booking app. Its govt. app. So, make it completely user friendly without expecting extra profit.
I was using this app for the last 3 years and it was good. But nowadays it has become useless app for me. Don't know about other users but I'm certainly unable to book any bus. Typical software development, you try to add a fancy and utterly unnecessary feature and successfully break the core functionality. I thought we are past this naivety, guess we are still there.
Worst app from State Government and the hired agency. I can log in through desktop PC but this app just takes user name and password and then next step you are back to login page.....this problem exists since 2021 and government hired agency does not even bother to correct this problem... this time I will try to highlight this issue to the director of KSRTC
A piece of scrap. It never served the purpose. Login always don't work and one should rely on web browser if wanted to book the bus ticket through their KSRTC Avatar Account. Better to remove this app from playstore so people could continue rely on web browser only
This app is cheating costumers , if we try to cancel a ticket then they block services of cancellation after the stipulated time only cancellation system will be made activate so costumers are facing difficulty in cancellation of tickets moreover the app should be upgraded, with booking history there only the cancellation option should be given, many times I faced the problem is if I book my ticket it was not shown in the dashboard of cancellation option it shows ticket not available. Pl.upgrd
Poor experience. Amount got deducted and I did not get the ksrtc bus ticket, so i booked another ticket. However my money was not refunded for the ticket which I did not get. Not sure how this works, but there is definitely a technical issue , so pls be careful while booking the tickets. Els your money is tan tan gopal like mine
Worst online booking app, amount as been debited from my account but app showing failure status. If we contact customer number they are we are responsible for this. We can't provide amount immediately it will take 5 to 7 business days to get amount in our bank. I booked lots of tickets from other apps but this is worst compared to that apps.
After logged in, it redirects to booking page, once you select the bus and desired seat, there it would display two options, 1. Continue as a Guest user, 2. Login. Felt didn't login properly and tried to login with option 2. No matter, how many times i tried to login but it do nothing( neither throws any error as incorrect credentials,etc.. nor continue to take the user details). I surprised to see KSRTS didn't take any resolution so far.
The app does not even show existing bookings even after logging in. Also the app is a sell and all it seems to do is connect to the portal and first thing you see after you login via app is a popup to download the app itself. This is the next award winning app which will compete for top slots in the category of how to do simple things poorly
Frustrated!! I dont know what the login feature actually does. After logging in also it ask if I want to continue as guest or I want to login. This login button in the booking screen doesn't do anything. I kept logging in, in different pages multiple times and now uninstalling the app. Bugs in each and every functionality.
Not able to book the tickets. When I click on show layout, the page redirects to login page. Lot of peoples faced same issue and given there feedbacks but issue is still not fixed. Either fix the issue or close this app permanently, which is of no use to anyone. The only use is to see the bus type, route, no of seats available and schedules, nothing more.
Had to uninstall the app. Can't book from this app anymore. After selecting the boarding and dropping point it shows session time out and asks for login credentials. Seems like some kind of phising attempt is done here. I tried to see bus details in guest mode and it kept asking me to install UC Browser.
Very worst experience i had with this "app". after registering for a registered user every time i try to book tickets at the time of selecting seats it will show "session time out" and ask for re-login and when i do that i wont validate even the right password. Really a troublesome experience...dont go for "registering" option..its a great headache.
Lots of problems in the app. when i tried to book ticket and tried to pay using credit card, the OTP entry was not possible. The display screen is not scrollable. The option selection was outside the displayed portion. It does not allow you to scroll the screen up down or left right. The screen data in portrait mode blocks several columns, without scrolling, you don't know what's there.
The app is pathetic. It is just a webview which opens the mobile site, and it does a horrible job at it. Pressing back exits the app instead of going to the previous page. If you open some popup, there is no way to to back to where you opened it from, you have to exit and re open the app. The login isn't stored, everytime we open the app, we need to login. Overall, the experience of using KSRTC in a browser is much much better (even considering it is not a well designed website).
This app is by far one of the worst development work i have seen my entire life. This acts nothing more than an intermediary browser, the same web features which i can access by going to chrome and logging there. Simple example: If it were the "So called App", it would at least have a back button to access the previous page/option. Hit the back button on your phone and see the magic happe (Yea, start all over again). Then tell if this is an App or just another Browser.
Terrible app (sad given that KSRTC has the best buses). It never lets me login (reset pw several times without any success). When you enter email address during booking, it automatically enters a space; so, if you don't use backspace after entering your email ID, it comes up with an error message.
Very very worst app ever. This is a perfect example of our government work, which shows we can't rely on them. I had booked my ticket and also my money got deducted but I never received any details of my trip expect the PNR number. Later when I called the customer service they said that my booking was never done and the bus was cancelled due to less reservation and they did not even inform me regarding it. Very Horrible app. I did not even receive my refund amount.
Feeling cool to use the app. Easy to access like desktop version. But one con I would like to mention is there is no saved card options or options to save the credit or debit card details. Each and every time need to enter the card details which really being bored to do. Pls resolve the issue as possible. Thank u.
