This is not a mobile friendly app. Quizzes are built in but they disrupt the video playing. if a quiz comes up it will just keep replaying the same chapter over and over if you are watching in full screen, and you will have to close the screen and manually click the next videos

learning here has shaped my perspective of online courses. it has been a great 😃 experience and am willing to explore more.Biggest thanks for this privilege. moreso, I'm suggesting that the video option of deemed light should be reviewed.when you pause the video either to observe something from it, the screen usually deems. please set it to be bright 😎.

I think it would be nice to be able to turn on a Dark Mode when studying at night or, have an option to select a different background color. Just one of those folk who have a hard time with bright white light ..

I can't cancel my subscription and I'm going round in circles between the app, PayPal and Google play. It's pretty concerning when something with this kind of subscription fee won't make cancelling it easy.

Categories and search result need to be optimised as per user requirements. Also the player needs to be improved to exit when someone exits a course. The content is good. That's why i gave 4 stars. But the platform's user interface needs to improve to allow for better searches and better navigation.

Great, resource-rich app to use on the computer with no issues. However, the mobile app as of late takes forever to load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. Very annoying. Update: It's now 2 months later after initial review and mobile app still has problems loading. Will be deleting it.

It is really useful, up to the point where you can not add the certificates to your profile, although you have completes the course entirely. I believe there is a bug somewhere.

I would rate 5/5 but the Android app has a bug where the application state is erased upon device orientation change (horizontal/vertical layout). This has to do with Android ViewModels being destroyed upon orientation change: The android app programmer should update the app with "ViewModel data persistence" techniques. There's LinkedIn Learning courses on the topic! LinkedIn learning is a great service for picking up valuable industry skills. The paid service is expensive, but worth it.

So buggy app. It's so irritating. Whenever I put video back, it again starts loading full and when I rotate my phone to landscape mode from portrait mode, it starts playing wrong video which I already watched ago.

Great courses, terrible app. After downloading a video for some reason it still buffers and crashes the app despite being saved on my device. Looks like the developers aren't responsive and don't care about this app

I love the app my only problem that frustrated me and still does is when I download course for offline viewing it just plays a few secs to a minute or so then it just stops please LinkedIn fix this or is downloading videos for offline limited and what is the max becauae im using mobile Android...... Other then that I love the courses available......

I am enjoying having all this knowledge at my finger tips. Love the option to have audio only if I want to just hear the lectures. Haven't experienced any crashes, so far, and all works well! Thank you LinkedIn Learning!

can you make the screen clear (not dimming) when pausing the video. because sometime user need to pause and the play button comes up, the screen also dimming make it hard to look at the screen clearly.

This is a hub of all the required learnings for a corporate employee. It not only includes the corporate skill related courses but also the skills of personal development. One may find many advance courses for which it might have cost more anywhere else but luckily it's all accessible here in just a single subscription. Improvement Points: 1.There should be value like diplomas for some of the courses even by paying some extra cost. 2. It may tie-up with some recognised university.

Works for the happy online case, but not offline. Was able to download a course over cellular data, but then it would never play. It would play and then immediately pause. The audio only trigger in the video triggers a loading icon over the video. But doesn't actually do anything else from what I can tell. Quite often when watching videos the sound doesn't seem to line up with the people's mouth movements.

In browser , LinkedIn learning is very good, but in mobile app I have worst experience. Video buffers frequently, I need to login again and again ,even after login also app won't start . Browser experience is far better than this app . No use of this app! It's completely timewaste.
Thanks for taking the time to review the LinkedIn Learning app. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Can you try to uninstall and reinstall the app? We've found this works for most. If you're still seeing this issue, please email us at so we can look into this. -JC

Would be a better user experience if the contents section would auto snap to where your progression or latest activity is. I frequently like to review where I'm at, the section, etc and it's quite cumbersome to need to manually navigate to that location all the time.

I have been using LinkedIn Learning for some time now, but very recently it has started to act very strange. I can't hear any audio in any of videos, not sure why. This is happening on Mobile Device.

Autoplay consistently autoplays maybe 10% of the time. The other 90% of the time, when it gets to the end of the recording and should theoretically then start to play the next in the series, it just stops and I need to manually click the play button. There's no rhyme or reason. It could be streaming off wifi or cellular or it could be something downloaded for offline listening. It's infuriating when I'm doing something and my phone isn't nearby or easily accessible (like if I'm prepping food and my hands are covered in food). Also even though my work LinkedIn account is linked to my personal LinkedIn account (via the two different email addresses), if I complete a course with my work LinkedIn Learning account (which I get for free), I can't add a certificate of completion to my personal LinkedIn account, even though they're both linked together.

Overall, good. With offline mode. (never tried streaming). Maybe not enough advance course and too many introduction one. The overlay (with the pause button) remain visible by default everytime a video start. So you need to manually hide it every 3min. This is annoying. Also, the progress of the video is not always well kept. This may be related to the offline mode.
