MÁSMÓVIL App DESCRIPTION

Si eres cliente de MÁSMÓVIL, esta es tu aplicación. Con ella podrás gestionar desde tu móvil todo lo que tenga que ver con tus líneas:

– Acceso sencillo y permanente, la app te recuerda para que no tengas que introducir tus datos constantemente.

– Tu consumo: llamadas, datos consumidos, mensajes enviados, si tienes un bono contratado, todo lo que te puede interesar sobre tu línea.

– Tus facturas: podrás ver tus facturas de los últimos meses y descargarlas en PDF.

– Configuración: podrás activar o desactivar los servicios de tu móvil o contratar bonos si lo necesitas.

– Si tienes varias líneas, podrás consultar todas fácilmente desde la aplicación.

Para usarla solo necesitarás tu móvil y tu clave de YoSoyMas. Si todavía no tienes tu clave o no la recuerdas, puedes conseguirla al entrar en la propia aplicación.

Worst representative (Nacho), he assured me my current number will not stop after changing the plans and in one month the number got disconnected and it has affected my business and the representative has stopped responding to me. I'm getting two bills because every month now. Masmovil as a company and services are good. I can't speak Spanish, so I'm having problems with customer service to make them understand. I will switch to another service provider and will have to pay more.

Fantastic service and price.After service is second to none. After you get the sim cards etc. They make sure that everything is connected correctly. Also had an issue with connection and came back with solution immediately.6 star not 5

Can't contact support via the app. A developer previously commented that you could, but it's simply false. There is no option to contact support via the app as of version v20.13.4. You are not able to make any plan changes via the app. You can't even see what service you have which is a basic feature, but you can add a new line via the app. MasMovil, don't try to up sell me in an app that doesn't provide basic functionality.
