Game REVIEWS
The game itself is really good but has a massive paywall issue. I got to level three and left the game and when I came back I had to start from level 1? And the Google play sign in doesn't work so I can't even get achievements, You have to either play the whole game in one sitting without losing, or buy premium, so the checkpoints don't even have a use! Why say you got a checkpoint when you can't use it without premium. If the game had usable checkpoints it would be 5 stars. Premium don't work..
Amazing concept super entertaining but the moment I had to buy the premium version to not have to start at tutorial every time I didn't think it was worth it and uninstalled. The game itself is great, love the world change and goal of each level, combined with the fun game-feel of driving different typed cars among crazy drivers! Would reinstall if I could enjoy more of the game without premium.
A wonderfully unique and quirky experience! Handling is decent but the fun comes from what sets the game apart from all the other top down racers. You see, you control all of the traffic in turn, trying to remember which routes you've actually already used. There also seems to be a fair bit of story to keep you engaged. No ads so far!
An absolutely gorgeous masterpiece. Just the concept of the game is enough to give it 5 stars. It's a really cool temporal concept where you drive cars to their destination and their paths get stored, the more cars you drive the crazier the traffic becomes and the more fun it gets. From the concept to the execution to the graphics it's put together very very well. The 'lofty' physics gives it a nice arcade feel and the entire experience is one that you'll keep coming back to. Thank you Devs!! ✨❤
I seriosly love this game with amazing graphics but some levels contains some buggy gameplay and it makes some of the levels impossible cause of the different weird bugs like cant move or like resets my big progress whenever i buy the premium and just takes my money and then deletes premium like iys sooooo annoying please investigate this non-sence. Thanks for listening.
great game, 9.5/10. It's original, fun, has good gameplay and graphics and a surprisingly funny story. Although it's a bit challenging (especially if you're not willing to put in some time to use practice mode), so it could be a bit annoying for some, and although I don't mind, I can see some people being annoyed by the useless checkpoints on the free version.
The game itself is fun, however in my experience so far it crashes frequently. I don't mind the crashes that much on their own, what really grinds my gears is that your progress on the level doesn't get saved, and you have to start over each time. I'll get 90% through a level and it crashes and I have to start over. That's like 20 mins down the drain and often it happens two or three times in a row. My phone is an s21 so I don't think the hardware is the issue. Please patch, if you can 🙏
A fun and unique puzzle game where every single problem you face is your own fault. The story is hilarious and has a ton of continuity jokes if you pay attention. The checkpoint system kinda sucks, but you also aren't bombarded by ads and it is a good way to figure out tricks to save time. Overall, I heavily reccomend the game.
It is a great game it is worth coming back to this game just for its unique and jazzy soundtrack, the puzzles involve how to get to your destination in the quickest amount of time is satisfying when you figure out how to reach it and the game has no ads but the checkpoint system kinda sucks. I know the price is cheap but it sucks how you have to start all over again from the first level but this despite that, I would definitely recommend.
Really good game! All that I wish you could add is to instead of having to pay for premium to continue your run, maybe you could watch an ad for another 10 seconds or something, because when I spend 10-15 minutes on it, just to inevitably lose and have to start over, it is very saddening and annoying. That is all I want from this game. Without the ad thing, 10/10, would definitely recommend.
As with Smash Hit and PinOut, this game plays, sounds, and looks great. Unfortunately, also as with those other games, Does Not Commute is almost unplayable without paying, as you have to pay to save your progress, which makes even less sense with this game because, unlike the other games, this is a problem solving game, meaning that you can't get back to where you left off much faster or easier by "getting good".
Good game. Quite fun to not try to run into your past selves. No Ads! Still playable--checkpoints available through a one-time purchase. The pretense and idea behind this game is this: Racing against the clock to go from point A to point B, while competing with your previous drives. You also get power-ups and stuff.
Overall Very, Very, Very good game. It has very graphics, very good cars, and even boats and flying futuristic cars bro. But there are some negatives like there very big glitches, and the touch won't work properly. But they have added every thing of old classic cars, old style of old cities and old classic songs which I like very much. So I am going to give five 🌟 Star's.
It's a cool "racing\driving" game for people who probably don't like regular or "real racing" games. It deserves credit for it's originality and quirky style. It seems to be well made and is not add heavy. It does seem a little limited in depth and options so I can't give it 5 stars. It's not really "my style" of game, but was still cool enough to earn 4 stars. ....to me that says a lot. It is cool to see how your driving skills, paths, decisions end up effecting the game & story.
This is a really great game, at first I didn't like it that much, mostly because of Premium to get checkpoints, and sometimes challenging controls, but after a while I realized you can actually complete all of the stages without buying Premium, which is great, and got used to the controls, which make it absolutely delightful. Whatever awards this game got , it definitely deserves it.
An indescribably excellent experience! A quirky storyline, captivating gameplay, and stunning graphics! After playing the developer's other game, "Pin Out," I had to try this one as well. As usual, I was not disappointed! Unusual for a mobile game, the soundtrack for "Does Not Commute" absolutely blew me away! I rushed to buy the entire album of digital music, then upgraded to Pro right away, so that I could save my progress through the game. No regrets!
actually couldn't stop laughing at a) my bad driving, b) luck in avoiding crashing into horrendously driven cars, c) going around in circles in water, and d) getting rammed into by other cars and getting thrown off way course 😂😂 pure hilarity, if you have patience of course. graphics are amazing, and somehow the music makes it funnier. each car has that certain story which makes things interesting, but then it gets bland after a while because you need to pay premium 😅 10/10 recommend
Fun but frustrating. Steering with a touchscreen is difficult enough, with the directions reversed (when going down) it's even worse. And then the time limits kill any fun. Hilarious comedy and nice graphics, and bonus points for not being pay to win, but this concept isn't fun so I don't feel like playing, much less paying for the premium. Mediocre needs to make their games easier 😕
The current state of this game makes it barely playable. I've run into a bug on multiple occasions that forces my car to turn without me giving any input. The only solution is to return to the menu or close the game, which removes all progress you've made on a level, even for the paid version.. That's the part that really frustrates me. I've been on the last step of a level just for the game to crash or I'm forced to close it, creating so much wasted time. Don't waste your time or Play Credits.
It is a great game other than it occasionally crashes my ENTIRE phone. I have an s8+ and would definitely rate it 5 stars if this were fixed. I have also noticed that there is one big where your car continuously turns even if the button is not pressed. If you die/rewind the bug continues, only if you "complete" the car will it stop turning continuously.
