Too much hassle, you have to also put in payment details for £1. I hate the dual pricing type of stores. I just won't bother shopping in the store. why make things so hard the company will probably sell my data also.

This is the third co-op app I have had to download, it is not to be confused with the Co-Op app or the my Co-Op app - both of which have their own membership cards which do not work in my local store. I now have 3 different co-op membership cards. You could not make this any more confusing if you tried. This particular app does not appear when searching for co-op in Google Play so very difficult to find. Staff in store don't to understand the system and the difference between all these cards

Really poor app - did a child design it? Doesn't keep a person logged in! Other than having the card, it's a basic web page about basic offers... Do better!

This app does not work at all. I managed to log in once after 2 hours of trying, and then I got logged out for "inactivity" and it just refuses to log me back in.

Very poor, does less than the web site, which it is fronting. Requests permission to increase screen brightness but when granted it is applied all the time the app is open, not just when showing card barcode. I immediately un installed this useless app. Would have given it minus stars if possible. I have already emailed the account mentioned in the email I received today and you have NOT responded.

I reviewed this app a few weeks ago, Coop replied, saying that the issues have been fixed. I could not post a second review, so I deleted it to say the issues remain. The app logs me out every time I use it. As before, you only know this issue when you are in store, at the till. Although I did have signal in store this time, out of principle, I walked out without buying anything. You have lost 2 sales from me. I wonder how many sales they have lost out due to this issue.

STILL NOT WORKING. Emailed customer care but no response from them either. Says technical difficulties sfter loading. I just can't get this app to load. I've installed and reinstalled it but still it's no go. It accepts my user name and password but just eint load stating technical difficulties. I've emailed memberbut no reply after several days.

This must be the least user friendly app created. Spent 10mins trying to get it to download due to Google security. Then spent 15mins going around a loop with the app saying I've already got an account and need to activate. Regardless of whether I use a temp password, new account or a different email account. You're shop assistant did a great job promoting the app and persuading me to use. However, If you are trying to find ways for me not to bother then you've hit the jackpot.
