Microsoft 365 (Office)

Mandatory account sign-in to use. Defaults to saving in OneDrive instead of device storage. Unwanted features like screenshot button for PDFs which cannot be turned off. Comes with excessive ads. Editing is disabled unless you have Microsoft 365. Still unable to open documents successfully on the first try, unlike its competitor Google Word/PDF. Unfortunately, it has a monopoly as a fixed app in work profile. Not to mention it's unreasonably large app size.

I've been using this app since the pandemic when there was still online classes and it was very useful and handy. After the latest update, the interface changed dramatically and some tools just got deleted. I know it is to improve the app and I am willing to adjust to it. But there is one thing that I want back, the HIGHLIGHT BUTTON when highlighting texts. It is very much convenient than the edit option and that function is the one that kept me from switching to another pdf app. Put it back pls

Overall, it's a great app, but lately, it is not properly saving even with the auto save on. When working between two different devices or from the same device, I expect to see the same document, but information is lost and unable to retrieve. It's very frustrating. Hate I have to pay for some basic features. I am kind of nervous to compose extremely important documents on this app in fear it will not save.

While I use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, I dislike MS's control that attempts to limit my ability to use other cloud services, etc. MS calls it integration. I see it as control, enough that if there were other software with the same degree of functionality, I would drop MS in a heartbeat.

I haven't encountered any big issues, but I don't use the app that much. But when I use it it works really well. I do however miss one accessibility feature. I need to access one document quickly without being distracted (which happens too often due to adhd), so I want a shortcut to that specific document. This could easily be done through a 1x1 widget. Firefox and Brave allow shortcuts to websites by using 1x1 widgets, so it is possible.

Good app that opens all formats but pulls a pathetic move where if you want to share the attachment by mail, you need to include their ad for the app and if you try deleting the advertisement, the attachment gets automatically removed from the mail. I've never seen any company stoop to such levels to advertise their app. Docking 3 whole stars just for that. There's no sense to do this when people might be sending Professional mails and not trying to send an ad along with it. Absolutely Pathetic.

Great App! I worked for hours and after saving the word file. It shows nothing, just shows a document 7 and my file is no where. Great Job! Keep up the good work. We need this type of apps. I'm disappointed about your windows, why the windows don't have an auto deletion or vanishing an important file kind of features. I hope that you'll add these new features. When I'll find these new features in Windows then I'll just change my rating from 1 star to 5 star.

How to make it check spelling on multiple languages simultaneously? Currently it checks the language your phone is set to and you have to manually set proofing language to selected text, but it resets to default after you enter new line. How to turn off autocapitalization? Very odd UI. Instead of Files you have One Drive tab under wich (surprise!) there is a button to show local files on your phone (which can't be sorted by date or extension, only by name). Can't delete local files from the app.

Search function doesn't work, full stop. It shows a search box at the top of the page, but I cannot enter text. Pretty useless as a pdf reader without it, imo. Also, search function is buried in the menu instead of having a shortcut on the main page. No, I won't print from my phone, but I will look up info on it all the time.

So buggy. Where to begin... The first effort to open a document never works. Two of three attempts always needed. Want to make a selection when the text has varied formatting? Doesn't work. Want to select text when the next lines is a hyperlink? Doesn't work. And the list just goes on and on. Want to delete a single space where there are two? Forget it, office deletes the nearest word. Rubbish.

I enjoy being able to work across all my devices. I like the dictation in word. I use that in my phone, the edit with my computer. That's just one reason it's a GREAT app. Office, AND 365 !!! Update. My app has been crashing for the last week straight. As soon as I open it, it closes. Not at all happy. And of course I pay for it. So why?! The iPad and laptop work fine. But not on my phone. I figured it would have been taken care of by now. A whole week?!

Decent application with all the nice features you get on pc. But it really frustrates me that I can't use my phone's keyboard efficiently. If my keyboard gives me some alternatives to click on when typing halfway through a word it just jumps to the end and doesn't change the content. When I click a word and look at the alternatives the same happens. The phones keyboard is very easy to use and makes my typing fast and efficient. But since office overrides the functionality I end up wasting time

I'm enjoying using Microsoft through 65. I've had it for over a year now. And it's incredibly intuitive programming, I remember a couple of years ago about my friends saying that it was a difficult office. Sweet to learn, but honestly, you just take a weekend and hit some classes on YouTube. And it's incredibly intuitive, incredibly easy, and just streamlined suite of office tools. I couldn't ask for more. I rarely have anything good to say about Microsoft, so this is a big deal.

The app has real promise, but the most used feature (for myself) is the search bar when reading a PDF. It doesn't bring up the keyboard to enter search information. It's completely useless. TOPPING THE WHOLE ISSUE, the email indicated for help is blocked unless you're on "the list." So, NO HELP AT ALL. Thanks for nothing, Microsoft. You've done it again.

I'm surprised that the well-known company with its most famous software (Word) in the world, doesn't have considered "right-to-left" text formatting and also custom fonts feature for this app, which have been available on the Windows OS, for years! Many users, including myself, have encountered issues where Persian text within documents is displayed incorrectly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I usually read PDF with this app, but it is horrendous. The scroll bar is too sensitive. Just merely touching the side, and it jumps you into another page, and you lost track of where you were reading. The word search function is broken. It does not work anymore. Even if it works, the scroll bar is annoying. Why have it still accessible up there at the same spot as the next search button. Other programs are okay, but I would not recommend Excel, at least on the phone.

Slow to open documents/pdfs..etc. Sometimes, I open a document, and the app doesn't open it. Instead, after a loading screen, it takes me to the recent docs tab, overall sluggish and slow. The experience isn't great, I expected better from microsoft. I hope you remove the annoying loading screen and take me directly to the file i opened without hitches.

Microsoft 365 is an absolute lifesaver! The range of applications from Word to Excel, coupled with the cloud storage on OneDrive and Intregation of Microsoft copilot has revolutionized how I work. The seamless integration between all the tools, regular updates, and the ability to access my work from anywhere make it an indispensable part of my daily routine. I've been using this app for a while and it's been brilliant for generating and sending invoices whilst on the go. All of a sudden it has changed and although I can edit my spreadsheets, the only option it gives me to share an invoice is by sending the whole workbook and no longer gives me the option to send individually as pdf. I can send the whole document as a pdf, but don't want to send all 17 invoices, just the most recent one. Why change something that was so simple and quick before?
