For the price, this beats any personal training, nutritionist and life coaching combined. Everything is spelled out for you and the workouts are so on point. It is like having your own personal trainer on your phone available whenever you feel like working out without having to set appointments or shell out a lot of money. I do the workouts as much as I can and look at the meals for inspo.

I considered getting a trainer but then I figured I could try one of these fitness apps that train you too. I wasn't sure it would be the same. And it's not exactly the same -- there's no actual person there in person training you but it's still GREAT! I actually feel motivated to follow the schedule and do the different workouts that are listed that day. So for the price its a good value.

The only extra things I would want from this app are playing your own music and forwarding through exercises without a workout. It would make it easier to use. But otherwise this is great and useful and helping me reach my goals.

I used the online program and then got the app when it came out. It's the similar style but more interactive and easier to use since it's on your phone whereas the other program I used with my computer. I love being able to bring this everywhere with me - like school, home.

Fun to do the different workouts on different days as you get a lot of variety and stay interested in the program. Otherwise these types of things get very boring for me. Lots of different recipes too so eating is more interesting as well, not just the same old boring stuff. Also, all the food is natural , vegetable, fruit .. there is no collagen or protein powders or anything . Everything you eat is unprocessed and grows on the earth.

I usually do just the "Strength" workouts like abs and arms or legs which are done with just your body weight and I love them. I've done a few of the cardio workouts like the treadmill intervals and a couple of the bikes. They definitely help break up what would otherwise be a boring workout and make it much more fun. There's also videos for how to warm up and how to stretch which is helpful for following after every workout-- otherwise you get pretty sore.

It definitely seems easier than it is in the best way. Because you're doing the workouts and they go by so fast. You might get out of breath but before you know it, you're on to the next move, and before you know it you're already done. But 3 weeks in I'm seeing my legs getting toned, my abs peeking through. If you really stick to the program and do everything then you will have tremendous results. Even if you do the program half way you probably will see the changes you want anyways. Such a good app and can be used every day. You can follow their daily schedule or pick your own stuff. There's a whole section about how to progress and keep going after you have mastered the more basic levels which is great. You can just keep getting better and stronger.

I'm already pretty fit and I found this app the perfect amount of challenging. It basically made my workouts more interesting. Yes, sure, I could work out without it... but why would it? I don't have to think about what exercises to do and everything is already planned really well in advance. The healthy recipes are delicious too. This app is so worth it!

You can do the app at home or you can bring it with you to the gym if you are so inclined. I love the versatility and there's all types of workouts to do depending on what I feel like. I don't really follow the calendar, I just do what's right for me on that day and get the plan from Mission Lean.

The structure of this program definitely helps beginners like me. I had set a goal to get healthy and lose weight but didn't even know where to stat. Following the calendar gave me exactly the start I needed. I do as much as I can every week which might be just 2 workouts sometimes but overall I feel like they are helping even if they are quick. I've lost 2 inches from my hips already and I've only been doing this for six weeks.
