Very uninformative. No manual. No guide of any sorts. No faqs. No nothing. No support. Made by someone else to cover many drone manufacturers.

EXO Drones DOES NOT have repair service(promote they do) They dont have parts, or even a diagram or schematics to be able to order the parts before you become a drone tech. The" Instant Tech Support does not exist. AFTER SALE SERVICE PRETTY MUCH DOESNT EXIST. you can buy parts online by saying you have a B-16 Pro. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM EXO DRONES.. Update: I got to fly it ONCE ! WITHOUT GPS CUZ IT NEVER WORKED !! NOW IT WONT CONNECT AT ALL !! DO NOT BUY FROM EXO DRONES ! CRAPPIEST EVER !!

I purchased 2 Exo drones for Father's Day and I've had issues with both drones the app for the Exo Scout doesn't even connect to the app, so there's no video and No Map access to my Cinnermaster 2 not a satisfied customer 😢 at all.

Since downloading and using this app my Cinemaster looses connection to my EXO controller. I have info that updates can cause this disconnect. My drone will fly but once it is 10 feet from controller it will not move left or right up or down when I move the sticks on controller.

Can we get an update for the map issue. I can't get it to load.

I love the drone but one of the mail reasons I purchased it, was the ability to set waypoints and have it follow them. The map doesn't load in the app, so waypoints can't be set and you can't even tell exactly where the drone is at. Obviously this is a problem for other people too. Customer support told me to use a different device. How about you fix the app, instead?

Will not connect to the drone via WiFi. I follow the steps in the app's tutorial but never get a video feed.

Doesn't work. Fresh out the box it's a $300 p.o.s. zero instruction and harder to get customer support than it is to get child support out of a deadbeat. Save your money and slam you genitals in the car door, it'll bring you as much enjoyment.

Good app for solid drones that are fun.

My review was removed was not even bad. Works as intended but crashes when I open gallery in app. Fix that it would be perfect

Like the interface, but cannot get the map function to load which is very frustrating. Tried the map function in another EXO app and it works fine. Please fix so this function can be used.
