It won't even let me set up a password! Gets to the create password screen, and then just keeps failing to register it, without telling me why, or how to fix it.
The app is very user friendly and provides an easy ẁay to share messages between residents and all necessary departments. I like the app very much.
Doesnt Work. I was able to use it 1 time for a maintenance request almost 1 yr ago and it hasnt worked since.
After multiple attempts this app would not give me an activation code👎
Token has expired so it will not allow me to pay rent
Won't show options. I installed this app 10 times for my apartment and the whole screen won't show up. It will show me messages but I can't do anything on the app.
App keeps crashing when I go to pay rent.
This app no longer works. It stopped allowing me to pay rent through it. Now, I cannot submit maintenance requests because nothing appears in the category drop-downs. Had to reinstall several times, but can't submit anything.
I love living here at Franklin Johnson of Spring Water the courtesy and prop respond whenever we have a problem or issue they are right on it cleaning up leaving a work order to let you know that the work been done. I also feel safe living here
We're forced to use this app to pay our rent and it doesn't even work most of the time.
