I love the variation of workouts. I never get bored! it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket and gives my workouts more structure. The app can be a bit slow and glitchy but it doesn't detract from it too much. Also it would be good if you could see your workout history more clearly so you could see how you've increased your weights.

amazing app that doesn't make me feel guilty about my body or not training enough. I love the variety in workouts and that everything is customisable. been using it for six months now and I can see a different in my muscles and body tone but it hasn't triggered any diet feelings in me. love it!!!

Unfortunately I'm really struggling with this app. Can the workouts be laid out in a circuit or at least be able to easily move through the app to get to the next workout & then move back to the previous move to complete another rep rather than having to complete all reps for one move in one go? A pop up msg to say warm up is over, & no of moves left, & some warm down stretches would be 👍🏾. Also Junior & Senior really threw me; to me it equates to young/old people rather than beginner & pros.

Looks good but doesn't suit me :( Unfortunately my gym has zero phone reception so I really need to download the workouts beforehand. Also, the programmes are nice but I'd like to be able to choose if I want to divide between upper body/lower body or full body workouts rather than it being completely prescribed in the workout. I really like the lil pep talks and also the instruction videos to use the machines at the gym, those are super helpful!

Content is good and videos are handy but app has several glitches that make it frustrating to deal with. Have unsubscribed as unable to get an appropriate resolution with support after almost 3 months of trying.

I like this app. I have only got to use it a few times in the 7 day trial, but it was easy to use, good video demos, not glitchy, runs ok with Spotify in the background, and good ability to specify what equipment you have (i.e no barbells etc). Also great anti diet ethos! Great positive psychology. The work outs for beginner also good, challenging but not too hard. Helps you get in the gym and get it done. Issue was price, $AU 215 per year. Freeletics offered $60 per year so had to choose them.

the only negatives are a few technical things, eg difficulty tracking weights, the timer not always working etc. but they are quite minor. the app overall is fantastic and Lucy should be very proud x

I was honestly so excited to give this app a go, having been a follower of Lucy for years now and I really love her content. Unfortunately, the app will not open on my phone. I've uninstalled and redownloaded and it still won't open, stating 'Critical error occurred'. I'm more than happy to come back and amend my review if the app ever works.

I'm 2/3 way through the senior gym guide and it's fab. Love that you can chose to do 2 workouts per week and it's really useful to guide gym sessions as it saves me thinking about what to do! Have really noticed the workouts becoming more challenging as the weeks progress too 🥵. Sometimes glitches but nothing major. The whole anti diet culture ethos is what makes it stand out from other workout apps 🌟 proud to be a nob!

I love Lucy and did her last gym guide through the aflete app. I purchased the monthly subscription of the senior home guide. The workout itself is great. It's the app that annoys me. It's so glitchy. If I want to go straight in the app I have to wait for it to load otherwise it sends me into a random workout. If I go into the recipes swiping is so hard. There is lots more that needs work and I'm happy to talk more aout this😁 Over $20 aus monthly is a lot for something that glitches everyday.

Love never having to do burpees. 💖 This app is exactly what I wanted for my mental and physical health. No bull, great workouts in an app that is kind and makes you feel great and wanting to come back! There are a few technical bugs in places, which is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. But only small things, and I still absolutely love love LOVE the experience.

It's okay but needs work. The only time you can see the whole workout plan is before you click start so there's no way to really see how much you have to go unless you click forward on the workouts. Otherwise the workouts are great but much preferred the old guides that you paid for once off.

I love the workout programs! I can pick how many days I want to work out per week and I can adjust the workouts to fit me! I can workout without having to think about my next exercise, rest between sets, etc and just focus on form and enjoyment. The recipes are delicious and there's a ton of variety too! There is ZERO diet culture bs 😛 and the fact that Lucy continuously works to make the app what WE need is amazing. Well worth the subscription price!!

love the content of the app but its not practical at all. half the time during the workout I have to battle with the app. It skips forward or backwards between sets, weeks etc. if I leave the app for a second and come back it goes back to the welcome page at the very beginning and I lose all the sets I tracked and the workout timer. I don't want to leave the app considering I payed a significant amount (Turkish liras) and I like the motto but its a battle to use it. Is there anything you can do?

Love the intent but some stuff drives me nuts. The rest countdown between reps only works a quarter of the time. It's also often super unclear what "each side" means, depending on whether the exercise is one side only at a time versus rotating between sides. Do you do half or double for each? Or it may show in the image one side only and not say to switch sides. The toggle for weights is sooo finicky and unclear and resets after every single rep. I end up not entering anything.

Weights now autosave as you go :) ‘Each side’ means to do the exercise shown in the video on both sides of the body (e.g. each leg or arm!) We show it being performed on 1 side. Such an easy to use app... in all honesty I've used the recipes more than the workouts, but I like all the different options available! The recipe section is great not just because of the variety, but because you can tick the steps off as you go along which is great for someone like me that easily gets distracted.

I love this app so far exactly what I need to my butt off the sofa. Great so I don't have to make up my own workout routine and the intensity level is perfect. And some great food ideas. For some constructive feedback, I would love the app to make sound when the rest period of the workout is finished. I love the gifs that show the workout but it does take 15-30 seconds to load, so sometimes I'm waiting to see it so I know what exercise I should be doing. But still highly recommended this app.

Beautiful designing very intuitive. Lucy knows how to properly inspires you to workout not because you have to, but because you actually enjoy it.
