Horrible sign-up. This is an app not a happy meal, your "gamification" sucks. Version # not Version name. Hire a QA, you need one badly. Not to mention waaaay overpriced service.

I paid, the technician came and checked and he said he can't do the job. I called the company and informed them to refund because the technician wasn't able to do the job. Since last month the app staff have not sent back my money to my account nor reply my message on the app and on WhatsApp. You can scam me or other humans on earth, fear for your deeds later. Just remember this.

The worst online company ever, the workers or as they call them " professionals " aren't fit for the required task you asked them for and on top of that they come unprepared and charge you for items without a reset at hand expecting you to believe them , the worst don't download the application it's waist of time you better off fixing your issues your self

The app doesn't allow me to take an appointment for job always throws error and restarts **finally the application worked after latest update. I got an electrician but the quoted price was changed once the electrician finished the job

Why your worker always ask "what is the work", even though i already chose the job order from your menu? It's really hard specially for me to speak in arabic to talk to one of your guys that's why, i chose to use like this application to cater my needs. Do you admins of this app, post the right job order of your customer to your workers? So that, they wouldn't have to ask the customer "what is the work?" so many times!!!
