Customer service is so slow. They respond after a fee days and still they don't resolve anything. They just tell you to write another ticket.

International shipping is so bad, bought my stuff on nov 23 and it doesnt show update on shipping until now dec 5. (It was to hk which was fairly close to korea)

The app is working quite smooth, 'though it's basically just like opening the mobile site through a browser. I wanted to buy some items from brands like Marithe Francois Girbaud, Stussy or Emis but they're all still not available yet. I hope more brands can be added to the global app!
