Awesome app, great workouts with a timer included for rest periods or intervals if the workout uses them. Only gripe and it's very minor is that maybe some of the beginner and intermediate workouts might be a little bit difficult for that fitness level but good goals to set if they are a little too hard for you. Even some plans included with workouts and rest periods for each day. This is my favourite app of it's kind that I've tried so far, I've not been asked to upgrade yet either, nice!

I like the app alot, it really has something for everyone. It also tells you what excersizes work what muscle groups which is helpful. It has a lot of information if your interested. However I can't find the paid plans that everyone is talking about and I don't know if I am paying for something. I can't find it anywhere.

I barely leave reviews, but this is an incredible app. A lot of fitness apps are hit or miss, and with Calisthenics being such a niche area, we barely have much to look forward to. Amazing app i have been using it for almost 1 year and a half ... This app builded my body that i have right now ... But i have an opinion in changing sth for good in this app ... It would be great that in every workout routine it would be explained which muscles we are focusing in details ....
