There are no notifications on the phone app (on my oneplus 10). I allowed all the permissions and removed tons of other optimization settings on my phone. Tried it on another pixel 3 phone and had the same problem. Please fix this, otherwise the app is completely useless if the child can't contact the parents when needed.
Update.. I ask for the firmware of the watch to be downgraded to use the previous app. Works fine till I ask for advise if I should update firmware. Was told yes. So I updated. After that, all the issues come back again.. my goodness. Not working well compared to the previous app. Location tracking haywire. Can't make calls. No notification for messages. It's been weeks or a month and issues not solving. Turnaround for support is very slow. Very disappointed.
Do not buy. Whilst the idea of the watch is great, we had problems from the start. Had to return the watch coz it would not register. They even blamed my phone for being incompatible. Later on they sent it back. It was ok until this new app. All sorts of issues happen. Couldn't register a second parent. They had to register it for us then we had to change the password. Later on my kid couldn't do voice or phone call. Only video calls. GPS location is also poor and lags. Very dissatisfied.

User interface is horrible. It's a guessing game on where to find the functions. Please improve the app. Can't set profile picture on Android devices too. GPS doesn't show child is in school, still showing he's at home. It defeats the purpose of getting the watch. Super regret paying so much for something that doesn't work.
Lots of bug still. Location not accurate, voice recording can't be played, unable to add contacts without the app and lots more....please improve...
Very cool app
App has a lot of hiccups. Need to inprove alot. Gps is not accurate. Child is already in school but still showing him at home. Refresh couple of times. But still fail to load his Updates SP3. Install and uninstall and still no difference. Doesnt show how to add another parent to the same watch. Does that means only 1 parent can track a child?
Very poorly-made app. Not able to add another adult as contact. When trying to add existing contact as family member, there is an "Invalid Parameters" error. Very poor UX, there is also no FAQs for basic troubleshooting. 🤦♀️
I bought myfirst fone S3 and the location of my child not updated even after 30 mins.
Great for my kids for social media interaction.
It's an amazing app and truly put a parents mind at ease being able to see where your child is in real time. This app is exactly what a parents or grandparents need with the state of our world today.
This new app is much better. The user interface is really great. I love the features of this app, I can easily track my kids, chat with them, make calls, video calls and even share photos with them using this app.
