App is very misleading. I marked my order for delivery and it was switched to pick up. The they would not cancel my order or switch it to delivery once requested according to their phone system only to find out it is impossible to do so. Wasted food, wasted money. App is very buggy. *** I just found out you can use Doordash or Uber eats and cancel if something goes wrong, luckily my bank gave me my money back. 10/10 would not recommend this app or restaurant.

I couldn't make a purchase without signing up for their program. I just want food, not email marketing. The app was also very slow.

Love the food! The app was a little difficult for the 1st time I used it today. But it's definitely cheaper than ordering online.

Please fix saved payment method issues. It wouldn't process payment for my card so I went to reenter it which didn't work because it said it was already there but it wouldn't let me delete or edit. Finally it showed and I deleted it but I was still getting the same error message that it was still there. I eventually got it to save and process after about about 5 tries but was very frustrating.

App prompts you to sign in or create an account before you order, but let's you skip that step and pick from the menu. AFTER inputting your order and delivery information, however, it traps you at the same screen before letting you finally check out. Very scummy. Either better explain to the user that an account is necessary or make it skippable please.

The app is kind of janky, doesn't accept things like Google pay, and then they deliver via a third party like Uber anyway. The prices are the same or higher than ordering it via another delivery app, except the experience is worse, so... Why bother?

poorly designed. like buttons too much near top edge are hidden. address doesn't show unit number on confirmation page. plus they limited options on doordash to promote this app, which is still more expensive if opting for delivery. only 1 star for annoying app and bad attitude towards your customer
Downloaded the app to skip the Doordash middle man, turns out you still receive the order through Doordash but lose the Doordash customer service when the restaurant makes a mistake with your order. No customer service at all, never have received a response and have had multiple issues with missing items from an order. Just use one of the other apps if you want delivery.
EDIT: The "error validating basket" error finally went away only to get hit with an "Internal server error" when I went to checkout. Got past that by starting my order completely over and it finally worked. This app is way too buggy.

App is not very good. It doesn't give updates on order status and ordering process is too many steps, so it's not clear when your order has been placed. Will continue to use because I like Curry Up Now, but the app needs a lot of work.
The option for pickup and delivery is way too easy to miss, and I can't ever seem to order delivery to my address from this app, but other apps have no problem. It keeps telling me that no delivery services can deliver to my address. Uninstalled.

I'll echo what everyone else is saying, don't waste your time. Extremely user unfriendly, poorly designed. I doubt they had any intention of actually giving people the coupon, just hoping that everyone gets frustrated and orders food from them instead. Pissing off your customers is a terrible business model. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
Curry Up is great but do not use this app for orders. The app just sends your order to Doordash, but then when there was a problem with the order on Doordash's end, they didn't even have a record of my order. My order was marked delivered but nobody ever even picked it up. Curry Up is great but you should just call in your order instead or go directly through Doordash.
They launched their own app and then they limited the options on doordash. Their app is poorly designed (keyboard blocks next) and they don't have delivery. And once you've ordered, you cannot cancel through the app and the phone number leads to someplace where you hear one ring and then you get disconnected. This is a scam, do not use this app.
The app is designed really poorly. There was a promo for the first order that it refused to accept because it wanted me to login when I was already logged in. Restarted the app and it wouldn't let me check out as it couldn't validate the basket.
