App is pretty much pointless. Placed my order about 2 hours ahead of time. Got the notification my order was ready. Walked up to the register and told it'd be a 15 minute wait. Almost better off just standing in line.
This app doesn't seem to relate back to the restaurant in a practical way. My local Pancheros is out of just about everything constantly, yet you can still order it. Then when you show up at the restaurant, the order isn't made because they're waiting for you to show up to see what they can substitute. What's the point of having an app when the ordering is so wildly inconsistent?
I mostly love this app. I'm somewhat of a pancheros addict. But the one thing that lowered the score was that you have the ability to set and title favorite orders but no way to see what was in those orders or select them to reorder....so its completely pointless. I get the same thing every time and every time I have to choose my items manually. What's the point of favoriting orders if it has no functionality? I was hoping the update I just installed today would fix that.
Would love to know why I can order pickup and delivery from every other store on the planet except for the one that I actually live anywhere near. Tried to include a photo of it saying "temporarily unavailable" so someone could maybe actually help for once and I can't even do that. Cool.
Don't live in delivery area and using the app to do store pickup is useless since they don't start making it until you get they anyway. On top of that the can't offer refunds so when I went to get my food and found out they had to close because they failed to keep the food up to temp I still end up paying. The took my info and a "regional manager" was supposed to call but if course that didnt happen.
Others have said it, but maybe if I add my voice it will help. 1. Allow users to save customized orders for future purchases. 2. Allow users to customize what is on their burrito or at least leave notes. For example 2 different types of protein. You're miles behind the Chipotle app, and your not even trying to catch up. I love your food though!
Good food, but a poor app. The app is straightforward and has no glaring issues, but small things like no customization on toppings and the lack of favorite orders being useful is disappointing. For a company this large, having such a poor app is very disappointing, especially when similar apps have all these features.
App works great but the notifications leave a lot to be desired. I can only see about half of the notification (can't see anything after the ellipses). When I swipe down to expand the notification nothing happens. When I click on the notification to see what they're offering it just takes me to the home page where there's no way to see it. I'd be more tempted to stop by if I knew what, "try our new sizz..." was.
This is an easy to use app. However, I would suggest at the end of checkout, an option to choose yes or no for plastic utensils to be included for pickup orders. It is a waste for us to have those included by default because when we bring our order home we use our own metal utensils. So, not including utensils by default and providing this option could save Panchero's money but, importantly this could mean less waste too.
I like their food. I hate their app. Why can I save favorites, but not reorder them or even see what they are besides what I named them? Fastfood apps are supposed to improve ordering efficiency, but I have to start from scratch every time I order. It's been like this for a year, and I can't believe this hasn't changed. Just remove the whole "Save as favorite" option if you won't let your customers do anything with it.
Hands down the worst app possible. Seriously, you can't use pancheros gift cards, you can't use your doordash dash pass with them and you can save orders but can't use the saved orders to place a new order. This is by far the worst food app I've ever used and I'm tempted to stop ordering pancheros food purely because the app is so bad.
The app works well in almost every respect. It will let you save your favorite orders......except when you try to select a favorite order to reorder it it does nothing......so why have it saved your favorite order if you can't select a favorite order anywhere in the app??? FIX THIS!!!
It's near flawless, BUT three different occasions (PLUS one other time I know of from someone else), either this Panch app or DoorDash somehow sends my food to the completely wrong address--one I've never even been to, much less typed in. Any time I go on Google Chrome and just order it from there, I never have any issues. I talked with Panch AND DoorDash each time this issue has occurred and I've gotten my food or refund each time, but it's a very frustrating problem.
Ordering was easy but couldn't select everything that I typically get on my burrito (both beans). I also got a flyer coupon handout from my local store and tried entering through the app but there is no place for it to be inputted. Pancheros is still better than Chipotle I don't care what people say.
The app gets the job done, but it packs the nuance you would get from ordering in person. It needs more options for customizing, like controlling the amount of rice and beans and maybe splitting the type of meat - with appropriate pricing.
It is great for ordering quickly and easily online, but one of the previous updates must have removed the ability to cancel an online order and force you to call the store. To me, it takes away from some of the apps old versatility. I live an hour away from the nearest Pancheros and usually order ahead if I know I will be heading to a town with one in it and if something comes up and I can't cancel it is a little annoying. Please fix this and I will rate 5 stars
the app works, but the system doesn't. I very frequently have the experience of ordering something 15 min ahead of time, arrive at store to find my order not even started. this is especially true when they are busy and already have a line going. there's even once people who arrived AFTER us got their orders taken care of BEFORE we did. the system is ridiculous and completely arbitrary and it doesn't work.
The price for a cheese quesadilla is wrong, its cheaper if you go in and order it which is pointless considering I use the app so I don't have to wait in line. Also if you redeem points you have 10 minutes to get to panch and get the code scanned. What's the point of that? What if I live more than 10 minutes away? This app is a waste of your time and money, don't bother installing it.
The menu on the app does not match the menu in the store. in particular, there is no cheese quesadilla on the app. the cheese quesadilla that I order in the store is less money than the quesadilla on the app. A second issue that I have is that the pull down menus on the feedback form in the app do not work so I can't send feedback through the app it will not let me select the items in the menu like state or store location.
I love the food here but the app has some issues. When ordering a drink there is no way to specify what type you want. Also there is no way to order a combo of meats which you can in person. And finally you can't order an extra tortilla on the side which is my favorite item!
