Recover Athletics is the recovery app for Strava athletes.

Our team works with the world’s best sports physicians and Olympians to help athletes fix aches & pains and prevent injury. In 90 seconds, the app will customize a program for your body and your training. These programs include strength, mobility, plyometrics, and other techniques to increase your injury resilience. Thank you for creating this application, it helps me follow a more helpful and frequent exercise practice. Please add the option of downloading the exercises offline, it consumes a lot of data everytime I want to play them. Also, conaider changing the touch haptic feedback, it's very annoying. Allow an option to disable all vibration when clicking in the app or use default Android touch feedback.

Has some good exercises, but it is absolutely stupid that you can't delete a program without a pro subscription. There is 0 chance I'm paying $7 a month for any sort of workout app, and if an app like this one decides to lock basic useability features like the ability to delete an activity behind a paywall, I'll find it unnecessary for my life.

The app is fantastic. There's a couple of points that are slow or occasionally videos that take too long to load. My only gripe really would be the amount of free versus paid content but overall the app is fantastic and being able to zero in on problem areas and build a recovery plan is wonderful!

Could be a good app but it's so basic and the exercises are boring and could easily do you're own routine with more detail and better layout. Gowod can do a good video demonstration surely strava could put something way better than this? Plenty of sponsored athletes you could use... Nice idea but it's executed poorly

Got it with Strava subscription. Nice tool to guide you through exercises and prevent niggles! Many options for mobility and strength exercises.

Works fine for the most part, but still lacks a lot of features, and one of the core functionalities is kinda broken. The soreness slider is bugged, the value in the slider never corresponds with the value the app updates after I select ok, and it ignores the decimals. Also regarding the soreness, there's no option to choose some upper body muscles. I'm a cyclist, but I still work out my upper body and idk why there's no strengthening/mobility/flexibility routines for the upper body.

App needs a little more work. When reviewing different exercises, the descriptions do not scroll, so I can't read all of it. I have to add it as an exercise to see all of it. There is only a small thumbnail picture of the exercise. To see an example how to do the exercise, it has to be added into the routine. There is not an option to edit the name of a custom routine without deleting it and starting all over. Otherwise, I like the functionality of this app and how it can sync with Strava.

Fantastic exercise and recovery routines, hugely let down by painfully slow loading times. Sometimes I have to wait 5 minutes for the demonstration video clip to load, which ks only 30 seconds long. Now its none of the routines are loading.

I was pretty happy when started using app. But I'm sure some of the routines I was doing have disappeared from app. Also last few days app is basically unusable on tablet as if I try to do a routine I just keep getting error message that video failed to load and to try again later.

I've been waiting for an app like this one for a long time! Actually it made me get a Summit subscription just to unlock the multiple recovery. I'm struggling with regular injuries so it's great to have an app to track and help you recover Frome your soreness. Good job to the Strava team and the developpers :)

The app is very nice overall. The one annoying thing is that it relias on the internet connection too much. It is quite often that the app lags loading a short clip presenting the exercise or it takes forever to finish the activity. If only this data would be cached, the app could work much smoother and the whole UX would be perfect.

SOOO MUCH POTENTIAL This app was recommended to me through Strava and it's a perfect pairing. I play football and go jogging and have lots of pains that stop me every few days. I really needed a place to do mobility and strength work. This is it! Things to change: Add a history section cause I can't see past activities, where are the notes I write for activities? I think the most common injury is an ankle sprain so PLEASE add option to select the outer ankle when you select pain/weak areas.

While it's not technically personalized, it feel as if the app is made for you. Plus the videos of the instructors doing the stretches helps so much better than just a description. The only change I would make, and maybe I wrong that it doesn't do this already, is to allow like music players like Spotify to play while the video in the stretches gives it's instructions.

This is great - lots of strengthening programmes for different areas, to help prevent injuries. Also warm-ups and post-run stretches. Varied lengths of times, making it possible with other time pressures.

This is a great app for runner's. It isn't just for recovery, it also has strength routines based on where you have said you are having issues, soreness etc... This could of been a 5 star if all the videos loaded properly, the main videos that fail to load Tend to be the stretches. However, it does have a description how to do the move and there is a small picture too so you can kind of work out what needs to be done. Overall, a good app that takes away the effort of needing to create a routine.

Some serious issues with the app. Browsing the routines sometimes does not display the video for some of the exercises. This completely ruins the studio routines since most if not all videos for them won't load. Still happens on the recovery routines but typically just one or two. Running the routine is awful as well. Almost no audio cues and timer is awful. I was using my watch instead. Too low volume on the audio. Can't seem to replay the audio. Video issue remains here too.
