Don't auto place tips. Took me over a year to find out I was inadvertently tipping. Why would I tip in advance of any service?? Especially when the service isn't always good and this is fast food. Remove the forced auto tip before someone sues... friendly advice.

Great food but this is 2 star for the app. Default tip isn't cool. I don't notice it when I place the order because I need to scroll down to see it. I can hit "place order" without scrolling. Please remove auto tip and have a screen ask if you want to leave one. Nothing against tipping but this setup is wrong!

I wanted to order the four chicken tender box which automatically comes with some slaw and fries. it would not let me proceed with the order without selecting all slaw instead. this was at the San Francisco airport terminal 1 location. very disappointed.

The app is alright. It's pretty difficult to use, and when you order online it chooses the tip automatically rather than letting you choose the tip you give. Ordering from the store is a better experience.

Appreciate the snappiness of the app, I don't have any complaints about its functionality, but I feel the rewards program is a little predatory with how insistent it is on asking for your cc transaction history. Watch out, you don't actually need to add your cc history to order, and if you save your card with rewards you're giving your transaction history to the company behind the app. I don't blame Starbird themselves for it, but the business practice rubs me the wrong way.

Apparently this system is prone to crashing - Starbird lost my order and didn't have it ready when I went to pick it up. They eventually found it, but we were 15 min late to our next meeting since they had to make everything then and there. Never had this problem when ordering from the website - this app is trash.

the app has come a long way, fixes all the issues I formerly had. feels a little verbose, but I'm happy with the experience. my only complaint is the splash screen is cropped on all sides, looking zoomed in for no reason.

Poorly designed app. "Delivery instructions" field does not accept input. Additional sauce defaults to 10x of each for some reason. Very poor experience compared to Doordash / Uber Eats.

The new app is indescribably better than the old. So glad starbird decided to switch ordering platforms. The menu is clear and correct, all options are available, and my order was even correct when I picked it up (which was a rarity with the old platform). Thanks for making the switch!

App will not save card for orders when trying to place and order. It will recycle back to order details menu after entering card and not complete the order making it imppssible to place an order through the app even with a saved card in the app. Requires you to enter card info eveytime and still doesnt work.

Your checklist for salad topping options are missing the word "No"; was surprised to receive a salad with just the chicken on it. (Staff was very cooperative, they get five stars.) Also, this order showed up twice in the app's order history despite this being my first time ordering through the app. No second charge on my card, at this time. Separately, the in-app pop-up asking for feedback tried to have me write you an email instead of directing me here; feels dated and sneaky...

i love this chicken and hate this app. first, none of the forms have auto fill, so you have to type all information, personal and banking. ordering with the app is a bit confusing, too many confirmations. the app does jot work at all in person, ive tried twice. It just isnt practical

impossibly slow. never sent order despite me being charged. what a joke. crashes often. will never use this app again. also the app asks you to customize your order, and when you check boxes that you want it, the ticket that is printed says NO next to the item. someone should be fired for this app it's so bad.
