Tabs are available on the left hand side of the screen which allow you access to information, the hierarchy, settings and application information. From this point, you can zoom into the station, revealing more labels of visible parts. The station can also be rotated to view from different angles. If a part is selected, the part is isolated so that you can focus on the specific piece. The information tab shows information about the currently isolated part.Inside the hierarchy tab, you can turn parts on or off, turn labels for parts on or off, turn parts transparent, or select a part to focus on. App REVIEWS

David

Love this. Works great.

allen

I love the app but my compass will not rotate like others have shown me on theirs.

kipperca..

Works perfectly on my android phone , but It Wont Work at all on my tablet ...even with the pro version It won't work on the tablet so I got a refund.

Philip

Exceptional! I found the app to be accurate an a joy to use with no bugs.

Guest

It works very well and has been spot on, to the second for viewing the ISS - well cloud permitting LOL. Not tried the app for the Chinese one yet though.

Roy

One of the most incredible Apps you will ever own. Its all the reviews say it is. Best App for tracking Amateur Radio Satalites. All the data you need to know is at your fingertips. No need to go to Amsat to get frequencies or offsets if you would like to listen to OSCARS. Dont hesitate.. buy the App, its worth the money and it helps the developer, who is doing an incredible job.. enjoy the night sky.

Paulie

Not many apps on my phone, but this one is always on board.. so that says something ! Excellent interface and always accurate.

JC

It would be cool if you had a "pull to refresh" functionality when it's displaying the list of upcoming passes, and please make sure the horizontal orange progress bar animates while it is refreshing :)

Rocky

App use to be great but in the last several months I've had many problems with it. Could be on my end but I've checked everything and I don't see where there's a problem and all my suggestions that I get back from an email for a fix, I already know.

Robert

This app was good YEARS AGO. Now it just fustrates me. The gyroscope is inaccurate. It spins around like a clock (even when you don't move). Satellites never appear when or where displayed. It was simple and accurate years ago. I stopped using it, but recently purchased it for my new android s10e totally inaccurate and a waist of time.
----------
Calibrate the compass by turning the phone in all directions a couple of times with the compass on the screen. If the times are inaccurate check the timezone settings of the phone. This is used to convert to local times.

Dave

Brilliant app I have managed to transmit through the iss and Oscar satellites with ease now I have this to tell we where each sat is and it's path. Lovely and stable on android phone and Intel tablet. Worth every penny! I now recommend this to my students.

Darren

Functionally rich application, very well designed and nicely usable. Support has always been very responsive. Used for many years and there are often still improvements and extra functionality being added. Five stars.

John

Try to update my previous message regarding app crashes. Apparently the developer created a fix today for the issue. I have downloaded and installed the fix and the application is working perfectly, exactly as I would expect. Well worth the price.

Bill

Terrible keeps crashing when you click a satellite with a report that ISS Detector Pro keeps stopping. I KNOW THAT!
----------
The most recent update should solve the crash. Google Maps is working hard to fix the problem on their side.

Peregrin..

Crashes as soon as you click on a listing. Got an update from the developer, it's an issue with Google maps, not this app. Phew! I love this app!
----------
There is a problem with the Google Maps plug-in. Many apps are affected. Google is working on the bug. There is nothing that I can do at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Brady

The app provides incorrext times and information. It provides viewing data that doesn't match NASA's own spotthestation.gov website. The interface is really nice, but since it offers incorrect information, I do not recommend it.
----------
All the calculations are done in UTC. They are converted to your local timezone by looking at the phone settings. Make sure your timezone is set correctly. You can find this in the main device settings, under Date and Time.

Lasse

Doesn't beep when phone is locked. Would be neat to be able to change the alarm tone and the time when it signals. The preset 5 minutes is a bit too short for me to get to my vantage point. Also wondering, does it not do the count down beeps when it's cloudy?
----------
You can set the notification time before the sighting in the settings. Count down Bros should also be there when it's cloudy. Maybe the media sound level was turned down.

brett

It's alright I quess, it does pretty much what it's serpose to but you can't take screen shots with the app and you can't download the feed either, which it says it does have a live feed but i haven't seen it yet, it's always been a recording, and maybe you could explain how you use the compass to, that wouldn't hurt, other than that you can track a lot space stuff so it dose do what it's serpose to but it could do more like being able to download the feed if ever go's live, so yeah,, average.
----------
The main HD camera is broken. That's why it shows recordings. The SD camera still works and should show a live view. The steam is only available when there is a ground station nearby. There are large parts on the planet, eg the oceans, where there is no ground station.

Caleb

This app has been critical to me in the process of learning to use satellites for amateur radio. Not just the ISS! Absolutely worth the "pro" version purchase, and then some! One feature I'd like to see added: filter based on max elevation for an approach. I live between 2 hills. Frequent passes of 5 about degrees aren't viable for me. So for example, I'd like to be able to filter for passes greater than 25 degrees elevation. Great app!! Thanks!

Guest

The app was extremely buggy often sending the wrong signals, I did have all the areas of my location activated still it would be a false information, have had this a couple of weeks and unfortunately I cannot get a refund now, but it does not work exactly like it should
