App REVIEWS
Horrible app that acts exactly like a virus/malware. This needs to be fixed immediately!!! It's forced it's way onto my phone without permission. It changes my settings without permission! Since it has installed my facebook was hacked, and I keep getting notifications that my network has changed. Also some apps on my phone has been rearranged. I'm 100% sure this app is the cause.
HORRIBLE APP!!!! Cannot uninstall. Prior vm's will not transfer to other companies. Technical support was of no help (after the 3rd call; they dropped the first 2 calls). I can *see* there are voice mails in there but cannot retrieve them. Error messages pop up every time I try to check them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and continue to get same error messages. Save yourself the frustration, aggravation, and exhaustion and don't waste your time with this ridiculous app! This app is being remotely exploited by malware and hackers on Android based systems. T Mobile is clueless or they want too keep you in the dark. Samsung won't help because they couldn't care less. If this is constantly popping up, it's the least of your problems. Carriers use the management tool to send over-the-air firmware upgrades, to remotely configure handsets for roaming or voice-over WiFi and to lock the devices to specific service. Full Permissions to your entire phone. Exploited.
Horrible app that slows down my phone. At least once a week. It changes system settings and I have personally gotten so upset with it modifying system and slowing down my phone. That I've broken 2 phones that was less than a month old. That's on myself. Yet I like to day trade and when you are losing hundreds or thousands of dollars because it wants to start modifying as something is glrunning one way or the other. You tend to get a little frustrated.
Absolute garbage app. Root your phone once you are able to get rid of it. It has slowed down my phone and has made it useless. Switch to apple if you can't fix it. Thank T-Mobile for ruining our expensive phones. Now carrier hub says it is installed on my phone, but when I search for it on my phone it can't be found. T-Mobile I'm filling a complaint with the FTC on this as you own Sprint. You have a major issue and refuse to do anything about it.
Our 5 lines have been extremely glitchy and most of the time don't work at all! Reception is plain terrible, wi-fi is spotty at best even 5 feet from the router! Phones say there is no service constantly as well as no wi-fi even with constant restarts!! Dropped calls, dead air, muting and random restarts without even touching the phones. Last night my phone screen turned on and unlocked while sitting on a table with no hands near it! Bye bye T-Mobile. What a waste. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
This bloat ware is pre-installed and cannot be deleted but it can be disabled. Problem is that some system apps are connected to this app and if you disable it you start screwing up control apps you do need. This app just randomly started alarming on me at random times, mostly while I was sleeping. For no reason. As the phone was in alarm/notification no actual notice or pop up was displayed. Just the phone vibrating and making a loud alert sound but no way to see it or turn it off.
Caused my device to turn on and off and freeze up randomly. Then it all finally stopped but some apps have still been acting strange, glitching and randomly turning off for no reason. This app installed itself onto my phone along with a "mobile installer" app that came along with it. Neither app has the option to uninstall or disable. The description of this app makes no sense and is not relevant to anything I would ever need on my device. Please find a way to get rid of this.
This app error started showing up after texting. Then it wouldn't allow me to open one of my email accounts. Now I can't open any of my email accounts. The error message shows up after opening any app or logging into virtually anything. I am sick of it. I can't even use my phone. I went to the Google playstore and uninstalled the app because I couldn't Uninstall it from my apps, but now I can't re-install it from playstore because it's not an option. Tell us how to fix this. Do your jobs!
This is very frustrating. It seems all my apps are crashing. Since this started popping up wish I would have read the other review about not deleting it. I went online and it gives you an option to install but it doesn't work. Most of my apps I Uninstaller and reinstalled and they are fine. The only one still crashing us my email. ☹
The app keeps crashing. Over & over. It's causing other apps to crash as well. The pop ups for the crashes are every 5-6 seconds. And sometimes they come in groups. Like.. Tap, tap, tap, tap. Then few seconds later, there it is again and tap, tap, tap. I get, at most 3 minutes without the crash notification.
I currently know of three apps that this is Interfering with. IFunny, Lord of Heroes, and Webtoons all do not open on command when trying to access it. The only way to access it is to uninstall, then reinstall. If you think that's not a major issue, here's the kicker: I can only open those apps once until they fail to open again, which then deletes my saved data on the apps. Whatever this thing does for a phone, it is absolute cancer.
Carrier Hub & Mobile Installer are negatively affecting the health and performance of my phone. Neither of these apps were installed with my permission. This app is for Sprint, which I don't have service through. I am having issues connecting to the network, my battery life is draining faster than it can be charged, I have been locked out of my email says it's associated with a different account. I've had this account almost 15 years. And the list goes on. It's time to undo whatever you did.
App acts and functions like a virus, I did not give it permissions for anything, it downloaded itself. It falsified information to Google play stating permissions could be adjusted, you will not be able to find the app on your phone, so you will not be able to adjust squat. Since this app self installed during the T-mobile/Sprint merger, I have had zero service off wi-fi with full bars. I live in a decent sized town, with great T-mobile coverage. But I can not use the services I have paid for.
Yep, both my husband and I are with T-mobile, and in the town we live in, which is a big town with lots of cell towers.... we have no service, started when they merged with sprint if we leave our city in any direction about 15 miles outside of town we magically have service again. We are 100% reliant on our wi-fi provider, for our cellular service. If we are not of wi-fi, we can not call, text, or using data even if our phones say we have full bars. So research says its this apps fault, so ya
Didn't download it. It keeps reappearing in my notification bar. Since this app appeared my phone is slow, other apps cut off while in use, my battery drains significantly faster. My phone is brand new and the battery should not go from 97% to 38% in a few hours. My service keeps disconnecting and I've had issues sending/receiving texts and calls. I am upset that I didn't receive any notification from TMobile about the apps involuntarily being given access to my phone and information.
Ok, I have a cheap phone and this app is not good for it at all. When installed phone actually runs super slow and freezes up so bad that the only way to get it back on is to take the battery out then reboot😳. I've had others check it for me to ensure it wasn't caused by something I did as well! Not only all this but it even affects other apps in performance. Mind you I only install very few app at a time so my memory is not affected. So, I have to say that I would never recommend it.
I absolutely HATE this app. I'm in complete agreeance with everyone that's left a review. I lose service at least twice a day,I how to turn on my roaming to do anything at that point. I never had to charge my phone so many times. My voice command is no longer really recognizing my voice repeat it so many times I get tired and just type out whatever command I'm trying to do. Absolute frustrating& annoying. I could go on and on about all the things I hate. If i could give it no stars I would!!
Yet another app to drain my battery. Looked to see why my battery was draining faster than usual. This app was on for 21mins as a background service. Maybe it was part of the carrier tracking service so they can find the weak spots in their service (not that they'll fix them) and like other people have said it was hidden but they passed it off to google to keep updated. Which makes perfect sense. Give one of the most intrusive data mongers access to an app that tracks which cell towers you use.
To switch this off depending on your phone go to settings>either security or privacy or connections>location>network data analytics. When in location setting you can view what other apps have access to your location and either disable or leave them on. I suggest doing this once in awhile as some apps are sneaky. The key is to go to settings and find the location setting.
