Verizon needs to fix their app it's useless you can't do any with it I bought a replacement ph can't get it activated unless I talk to someone can't add minutes either the app ain't set up for that then what good is it Verizon is the sorriest bloodsuckers out there fix your app I with many other people don't want to talk or come to the store to add minutes or activate a ph every month

App is still glitchy. This review is more for total by verizon compared to total wireless. Since verizon took over service has been more expensive and horrible as i would expect with verizon. The way your company prioritizes prepaid services sucks. Also lost all of my bonus points when you purchased this company. As usual this is what you get nowdays.

They constantly charge for data i dont use. Now they are saying i used 5 gb of data i purchased at 1 am this morning and uts only 830 am and i slept from 140am until 730 am and i was on the ohone with them at 8 so in a half hour i used 5 gb of data? I'll mposssible! This company constantly charges for data im not using. Yo your response have chatted with your so called professionals. Whom barely speak american english. They said i used it up in those hours which is impossible !!!

I am switching from T-Mobile because I have such poor service. Ordered a phone and paid for the $60 unlimited, no contract package. Finally got the phone last week and I haven't been able to activate to even see if I get service, nor have I been able to connect with a customer service representative that could understand me or me him. Wish I could give you zero stars

-10/10. This app doesn't do anything useful. I'm still in the process of setting up a new phone with Total (economically it's what works best unfortunately) and for some reason the codes they keep sending aren't coming through. I've tried with all my family's numbers who are on the account and no luck. Since the app nor the website was useful I called the customer service number and still nothing worked. Didn't have issues before the merdge 😡

I had this service for a short time and my visual voicemail only worked once when they sent a welcome greeting. I have chatted several times with customer service and a ticket was supposedly created. No one has called and everytime I reach out them I get the same instructions which does not fix the problem

Since Verizon has taken over this network it's been nothing but a nightmare and they don't seem to want to fix it. Just a way to get people to go to their own network. Or maybe just piss off everyone and they'll go to another provider.

I am having the very same issue as the person posting before me. If zero was possible I world peg this "company" in the negative. The password change email never comes as I have spoken to at least eight different reps. They don't want us logging in so they don't have to pay for six months of free Disney+ is all I can figure. Scam of a phone service.

You cant even register for an online account after activating your service over the phone...it asks for a password you havent set up so you need to click reset password, but you never recieve the reset email even if you add an email to your account over the phone...so you cant set up autopay and also...the phone coverage is like 1 or 2 bars, I expected so much better from verizon..the same stupid philippino inept lying customer service as tmoble, which was what I was trying to avoid!!!

I DoorDash so my phones my livelihood. For the last week, my data signal goes from 5 bars to 0 in seconds. If my phone doesn't work, I'm not making money. I have been with Total Wireless for several years but now, it is causing me to lose money so I guess it's time to be shopping around for a different carrier. I have done everything possible, as well as contacting Tech Support and got nowhere. They acted as though I was lying and that really disturbed me. My 2 line plan will go elsewhere.

Spent $20 on extra high speed data. Did not get my data. Called them 11 times to fix the problem and get the data I paid for. Still Didn't get my data. Got hung up on 3 times by the people who were supposed to help get what I paid for. Never had a problem until Verizon bought them out. They told me I had to wait 24 hours and the problem would be solved. Guess what. Still no data. I do not recommend them. And to make it worse. It's non nonrefundable.

Horrible app. Puts you in loop of enter email then says your password does not match. Call Verizon and lady "updates email then app still does not work. Horrible experience. Never use it again!

My data is very slow pictures don't pop up areel or video can't get it to do anything not very happy with service and thought I had better wifi on the phone all the other companies but 1 done very good speed was good thinking about going back to an old phone company if things don't improve a whole lot very frustrating

I gave this app 1 star but wish that I could give zero. I just purchased this phone(used) and have been trying to change the email address linked to the Total Wireless account so that I could change the password in order to have complete access to my Total Wireless account. I have received zero help in doing this. Furthermore, I am not receiving any emails that they claimed to have sent. I am locked out of my Total Wireless account and there is no way to access the account at all.

I got my phone four weeks ago and I wasn't very happy with it right off the bat my phone wouldn't work I cleaned and cleaned and finally this week it started working good just to run out of service today and now it's down again no service but I couldn't call in to see what was up with the phone

I installed the new app and it doesn't open.ive had total wireless for several years with very few problems .now that Verizon is involved this new app is horrible.not a fan at this point. Also my phone is always acting up now and I have to reboot frequently.

Without a smartphone I haven't been able to get to my account. I have to go to the chat to reload my phone with a new card. I can't even set up an account on my phone. Why can't I use an android phone. One more month and I think I'm done. Had total, had no problem, now with y'all, same pain every month.

I've been with Total for almost a week. I haven't been able to make or receive even a single call or text. I have internet and that's it. The chat in the app doesn't work. I called support and the woman was rude and couldn't possibly care less. There's no way of turning off auto bill pay. I'll have to dispute the charges on my credit card and will definitely file a complaint at BBB. Update, I'm trying to port out but "customer support" won't even respond. Total wireless is absolutely worthless!
