TVS Connect is an app for TVS vehicle owners. It brings to life the power of TVS SmartXonnect – India’s first 2-Wheeler connected technology making the riding experience easier, exciting and safer.

TVS SmartXonnect enabled vehicles – TVS Ntorq 125, TVS Jupiter Grande, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and TVS Apache RR 310 BS VI, provide a host of features and insights customised for each of these brands.

With Bluetooth pairing, Navigation Assist, Caller ID, SMS notifications, last parked location, ride statistics, crash alert, ease of service booking and more, riding and maintenance become intuitive.

Navigation system should use Google maps, it has more location and is easy to use. A lot of places doesn't even show up in tvs navigation. Integrating Google maps will be a great ease of use

Earlier this app is used to work perfectly, after updating, the app suddenly stops working while riding. It gets connected automatically and later it gets disconnected. And whenever I save my ride stats it says " ride should be minimum 100 metres".Please look into this matter.

Tested and tried and now passing an honest review. Worst app ever, the UI/UX are worthless, not at all user friendly, seems like no proper testing was conducted before launching the app. The navigation feature given on the app stops automatically in between during drive , neither identify shorter routes, shows only one path which is not at all likely. I would highly recommend to revamp the app, work on interface and make it user friendly & mostly important link Google map with navigation in app

What is the purpose of review section if we have to mail privately. And if we do so, there won't be any proper response from the team. App trackings are not accurate like maps,top speeds and all. Connecting only after 100s of tries.

The whole experience could be improved if Google maps were used. The current maps API is just so laggy. Takes time to show the correct navigation on the screen, and had very little information on the maps. It's not updated. Please change the navigation to Google maps!

The apps is good but the map is not accurate and takes us to somewhere else. Even google maps is better than it. One more thing is that the app takes to much of my phones battery which ends up draining to fast. Only these to issues which I am facing. But the other features are good. Just requesting you to fix this two main bugs in the next update.

App needs to be more polished. Idea is really good, so many different information that we can get on the fly and later is great, both for practical day to day riding and also will satisfy any data nerd out there 😃 But the app itself is bit sluggish. Not all of its features or settings are documented properly. One such feature is, 'Manage Addesses' under general settings. It does not let me add a new address. How to add address here?

The app is working fine on Android. But the only problem is that this app is not compatible with iOS. I would like to kindly request for iOS support so that the Bluetooth connection can be established. Except this all the other features works fine.

I purchased tvs Jupiter smart connect. Point of attraction is smart connect. But if you give voice command it doesn't work. It shows retry. Really bad experience. I am very disappointed.

Instead of adding more features... Why cant you improve the important features like navigation, caller details... Improve your integration and server capacity... I am never able to use maps.. Keeps circling in please wait... Didnt expect this from tvs, and I feel robbed for buying the smartXconnect variant

Application I'd good but once BT connected every details in that digital meter must be come in application(tvs connect). All KMs, Avg speed like that. Additionally, vehicle servicing setting is not proper need to improve. Please look in this, TVS CONNECT. THANK YOU.

Dear TVS, *Need to improve app connectivity *There is lots of Issues, bugs, app crashes etc... *You must include Google map in your app. Some local places aren't showing in your map and there is some delay in turn by turn navigation in instrument console also...

The idea was good but the app is unresponsive. This app definitely requires several bug fixes. Mainly I cant able to end the ride using the stop button. It will show "Do you want to end your ride", even after giving " Yes" to that, the page will appear as such. It wont stop. Then we have to close the app and have to restart the app. Sometimes the ride wont record at all. Its better to create something which works efficiently and regularly than creating many things for the name sake only.

All features is good, but the map which showa in the app is not so good, it does not have the satelite view as the google map. It will be better if the app is linked to google map. As many people prefer google map over any other maps.

The app is OK. I use it mostly for navigation, but the problem is it uses here maps or mapmyindia as the map provider. Most of the places are not available on it or the navigation is not as good as google maps. Please switch the map provider to Google Maps or allow some way to use it on the bike from the native app.

Waiting for Google maps integration. The current navigation system is very limiting. Whenever we search for a certain restaurant, instead of showing the nearest place, the system searches for the restaurant in whole india. No support for offline maps. The direction shown in a roundabout is also wrong.

Date : 9th May'22 Alongside map crashing, now your Bluetooth does not remain connected. I have uninstalled and installed the app but no benefit. Shabby app, removed one more star. Hope someone will wake up. Old msg: Navigation is nil, 80% times it keeping searching for network. Whereas, Google maps works flawlessly. I think the API integration is the problem. Tvs must make things which public can use instead for marketing stunt.

There are only a few places in the TVS Connect map. Many places are not available on that map. It would be more useful if the TVS Connect had a Google Map. It had incoming call notification, auto call reply, do not disturb option etc but Map is more important than any other features. So add google map as soon as possible otherwise Bluetooth connectivity feature is totally waste. Occasionally there are bluetooth pairing issues.

>Poor bluetooth connectivity. It often gets disconnected while I'm still on the bike. >Display info often gets freezed. >Worst map integration. Mostly shows highways only. Stooped using bluetooth connectivity already. I feel like I've wasted money by buying Special edition 160 4V. Paid premium for the features which doesn't work. Note: Those of you who wish to buy a TVS 2Wheeler with bluetooth connectivity, just don't. They never works reliably.
