I upgraded my credit card for the purpose of being able to redeem miles since January 2022. It's almost April 2022 and probably my 20th time registering for this "My Rewards" program. I've tried registering using this app, extremely frustrating and pointless, I can't even get pass the AI asking for my email. I've tried registering on the web through a link on my email since I keep receiving emails to use my miles but yet I have no access to it. What is the purpose of this Rewards programme?

This app is frustrating. I can't access any of the benefits that are promised. The app regularly sends notifications of deals. I see the first line in the general notifications drop down menu. But when I click on them for more details, the information cannot be found. I tried opening the app first then clicking on the notifications and they still disappear. Suggestion. try sending the info via email as well because this makes no sense.

Well, I just downloaded the app - on another device again but, when I clicked the 'confirm' button in the email, the page loaded blank. 🤦🏾♀️ 7 mins have since elapsed so I'm now writing this review. I wish this didn't feel like the Guinea pig testing phase. Guess they didn't have a successful beta testing period. 😏 Maybe FCB wants to appear as if they've adapted to the Pandemic Disruption while saving on giving us their promised discounts, wtg for the Miles/Discounts to expire? 🤔

Took days to even set up the email and password through that automated verification, with calling the bank for assistance. You have to activate your credit card on the "my wallet" section, even though they show you a picture of the rewards card. App is not user friendly, confusing and ambiguous on some of its directions.

Absolutely disgusted! Have been trying to sign up for over 2 weeks, contacted customer service several times & sent in numerous emails. The app isn't working and persons dealing with issue not following up, returning calls etc.

I really want to like this app, but after initial setup the app refuse to open even after reinstalling & rebooting my phone [OnePlus 7Pro]. There should be an option to order the physical rewards card also.

Whoever developed this app might be the only person that can understand it. I added my card but nothing happens after that. All I want to do is know how many miles i have... it's been almost a year now and fcb still hasn't gotten me registered on the app in spite of multiple e-mails, phone calls and visits to the bank. I left voicemails for 2 different people but they aren't even calling back. I just want to use up my points so I can cancel my card and leave first citizens totally.

I have been trying to register so I can redeem my miles as advertised. However this has just been a most frustrating experience. When I finally got to register after going around in circles for over a week, I was able to use it once online to make a purchase, it stopped working the very same day. I am unable to see my balance even though I am receiving messages daily encouraging me to redeem my miles. That was yesterday and I still am unable to use it, Alle keeps sending me messages to go through the same process over and over. After having been finally registered successfully, (I thought great now that is over I can move on) now Alle says that my email is not registered on this account. What a horrible and frustrating experience. I wish someone would help sort this process out so we can stop wasting time.

Not even 1 star but I cant post reviews without giving a star. Smh. With the exception of the logo, the app screen is blank. Smh. FCB forces persons to use this app in order to benefit from hard earned points but, these are points that 99% of us cannot benefit from because the app is poorly built. FCB needs to give us an alternative to registering our digital wallet instead of holding our points to ransome! ---- And "No!", I do not want to send another email, whatsapp nor private msg again.

More spam than app: 1. There is no way to turn push notifications off within the app. I had to block it using Android app settings. 2. Their WhatsApp chatbot spams me by sending me the same info about my balance several times a week even when nothing changed. I had to block the chatbot to get peace of mind. 3. Their email campaign is also spammy. While there is an unsubscribe link in their marketing emails, clicking unsubscribe does nothing. I had to report them to mailchimp before it stopped.

This app really is not working. I am seeking assistance from the WhatsApp number provided but the agent keeps redirecting to go through the process with the app in order to activate my card. I still have not activated it and I honestly thought I did....very frustrating

Went through the same process repeatedly. Had to use a laptop to register instead of phone. Repeatedly asked to tap on card icon on app yet the only screen that keeps coming up is an annoying message box asking for my email address. Extremely time wasting and frustrating. Still unsuccessful in applying miles to anything.

FCB keeps baggering me with e-mails and text messages to register and use my rewards card and the app does not work. It keeps displaying someone else's card when I add my own. The energy FCB keeps expending to send repetitive emails to its customers should be re-directed to actually fixing all the "services" FCB pretends to offer. To say that I am utterly disappointed would be a grave understatement.

Horrible. Freezes and does not work. When you do get it to work it's still horrible. Booked a flight, tripple checked the info and they still booked the wrong flight

Worst app. I spent too much time trying to achieve the unachieveable. Keeps me in a loop even t hough I confirmed email I am stuck right there. If I could give this a zero rating I would. I am wondering if anyone was able to access this service.

Same issues as everybody else - can't log in. Already spoke to "Alle" via WhatsApp with no resolution as yet. Redeeming points shouldn't be this hard. Update: Was contacted via WhatsApp and given a generic password that allowed me to login.

Very frustrating to try to register. The app isn't working properly and once you register on the website it takes you back to the app. I just wasted over an hour to try and get this resolved via WhatsApp to no avail. Please get this sorted out.

It won't accept my email address tells me I entered it wrong. There isn't any place for you to even sign up it asks for email address but you can't get past the first page and you can't type anything else but the email address it won't accept
